Hi, if the second catalytic converter has been removed, can the system still throw up a P0037 code?

If the O2 sensor fails causing the check engine light to be on, is that somehow in series also causing the Trac and VSC lights to be on?

It can vary between vehicles, but yes, often, When the computer sees an error in the system, it will shut down assisted driving, such as traction control.

How could it be a blown fuse, wouldn’t it have a variety of codes for the other sensors? There isn’t individual fuses for each sensor…right?

Parts stores have Left or Right. Is bank 1 "Right" in your diagram?

The bank-1 and bank-2 locations will vary from engine to engine, but bank-1 is on the number-1 cylinder side. Google your engine firing order and look at the images; it will usually have it.

What if everything is ok new sensor etc and i still get circuit malfunction in sensor 1. Can it be the sparkplugs?

Spark plugs would cause another code. I would check the wiring and look for any exhaust leaks.

that means you replaced a sensor that was working perfectly. You should check if you have a leak somewhere in the exhaust because if it leaks before reaching the muffler, the engine temperature increases and you may continue to have the same codes or damage the engine seals.
