**To be eligible for Welcome Back Weekend, a player must have previously had an active subscription or Game Time. You will not lose your 20 twink on a starter account, this even been active since the 1st and I have been power leveling during it never leveling.
I think most peoples starter accounts were paid at some point, I've seen a few people who thought they were safe gain experience on it, will try to find some links. It is finishing tomorrow anyways.
I never would have thought of that, thanks for sharing that info. BTW xp needed has been nerfed so remix levelling is now a lot quicker.
