Thanks for the video. It’s interesting that some people say there’s not enough to do and others too much. I’m a casual player and the height of my ambition this expansion is to push delves and to collect transmog for a number of classes. I started to feel a bit bogged down in all the things to do. I’ve been gearing up two characters to go into delves next week and also trying to get going on professions. I like to be self sufficient so have an alt for each. I’ve done this ever since Classic. Trouble is that professions now are such a lot of busy work, I found it was taking up so much time to gather mats and level crafting skills to the point where I can make 5 star gear. So I’ve decided to focus on just my main for now and ease up on the professions. This finally gave me time to finish gearing my main and start playing side quests to enjoy the wider story in the zones.

The Hallowfall weekly quest area is really worth doing. You get a weekly cache with key and gear if it’s one of your first 2 chests of the week. This quest is very quick and easy - just light 4 side flames. Then you can choose to do other quests - the ones around each large flame give 200 crystals each which is currency you need to buy veteran gear from renown vendors. Then there are quests that the lighting of the smaller flames unlock. These give more crystals and chance for 570 warbound gear to drop. Oh and there are regular spawns of super rares.

good video. my thing is, that a video like this is whats wrong with the game. too many currencies, tooo much fomo. Its hard to truly enjoy playing the game when you have to log in for two hours per day doing all the 'mandatory' stuff before you can have fun. granted warband helps, but still, too many dang currencies!

The quest shown at 1:55 where you choose one of the 4 options - I can't find that quest this week. Anyone else got it?

A note tho for the pact choice: the bonus of each of the 3 scales with your personal reputation with either of them. For example, the weaver at 7/9 grants 30% gather and crafting speed.

I thought I'd have an advantage being kul tiran with +2 to all professions but when I got to the same level as you out of 102 I wasn't able to make those at gold level. I ground out to 102/102 and still couldn't. I had higher resourcefulness, ingenuity, multicraft, skill, and more knowledge points spent, but still couldn't make what you could. I'm guessing that they've broken the skill bonus so that it actually count against somehow. Luckily I still had artisan's acuity so got the recipe for blue smock accessory and I can now make those at gold, thankfully.

mats are way more expensive than the product, stupid. Ppl crafting these Hides with concentration and flooding the AH with low prices.

do NOT do this on NA servers. the prices are not the same as shown in the video. the market is going to fluctuate constantly, just be aware before you go all in on something.

Good video. You would probably have been better off spending your gold upgrading your profession tool rather than spending it to get to 100 skill, you will need that extra multiple craft in the long term too as everyone catches up. Additionally, if you all rare profession gear you can craft some r3 reagents using a mixture of r2 and r3 materials, something no other profession can do.

just spec into nerubian nous and use bottled brilliance r2 for a way cheaper alternative for leveling up LW base points (writhing armor banding)

How'd you get to 400 skill? I have 5 in Learned Leatherworker, 15 in Industrious Innovations, 30 in Flawless Fortes, and 30 in Spotless Stitching. 95 LW skill. I have an extra 5 knowledge points.
