Very interested in eastern Tennessee, probably within this next year. Specifically 1 story house. Been looking in Knoxville area mainly around Loudon. But would be interested in Johnson City. Not looking for acreage
My husband and I are looking to retired around that area but we are looking for land of a few acres to built a home about 30 to 40 minutes away from Johnson city
We are thinking of moving up there but can't afford the 400 range. Prices are starting to come down a little here in Fl. Any chances prices are coming down up there in the near future?
