Hi, I understand if 2 different oral medications are to be given, it must be administered one after the other. It will be inappropriate to dispense the 2 different drugs into one cup before administering it to the patient. Is this right?
Please, I am writing my OSCE in 3 days. Could you kindly confirm whether the above is right or not necessary?

Then you shouldn't given it .. sign as not given due to patient clincal condition and you should document the BP reading
