I wonder if Moonless being the only party member able to get tangibly stronger over time is because she is something from inside the dungeons of Fear and Hunger. She literally lives there and, at least physically, is every bit as twisted and malignant as the rest of the residents. In contrast, the player and their other possible companions are typically from outside of the dungeons (or at least I can't think of any exceptions right now). But its implied that Moonless has always lived here. Even skeletons and ghouls raised through necromancy might have been dead adventurers or guards originally from outside the dungeon before they died so you could argue that they aren't from the dungeon either.
It’s not necessarily because she’s from the dungeons, it’s a part of her mutation as a being twisted by the GoD’s darkness, if anything, she has a soul similar to the butterfly where they both can change, but where the butterfly performs metamorphosis to mutate further, Moonless only gets bigger and stronger. It could also possibly be she has a dominating soul that coupled with her corruption is how she gets stronger by expanding her territory Then there’s the girl who was born there, all her life she’s lived in the dungeons, this is what makes her a pure being as “fear and hunger” are all she knows in two ways(1, she’s lived all her life in the dungeons, so she only knows the world as far as the Fear And Hunger dungeon, 2, being exposed to the darkness all her life, she’s lived always feeling the fear and hunger induced by the darkness)
The 2nd plot from the right, on the bottom row, at the large patch (the one with 8 plots near the Cavedweller vendor) gives you infinite cave moss. You plant one seed there, you can leave the screen then return to harvest the moss, over and over.
My little theory on the seeds is that because the Lord of the Flies resembles Gordon Ramsey, that it’s only right that they would provide a source of food in the game being that they resemble someone that works in the culinary business!
Fun fact if you watch frapollo he has a video telling you near the companion tile is a phase step tile you can use to activate ending e so as soon as you have a scroll you can teleport in the wall and then leave for ending e
Congrats on 11k subs bro, just a thing ive got too say, there are 2 other spaces that are like the easy mode spaces, one 1 tile up to the left of a green patch infront of the dungeon there is a spot, i think it just gives you a bunch of stuff, and theres one in the temple of torment that gives you 99 empty scrolls, i remember being a spot in mahabre/ma'havre that gives you 99 light blue vials but i dont know, if you have mastery of insects there is a little vine where you can get inf blue vials
I think a good way to expand the farming mechanic in the game is to have more than one farming plot. It would be sparse throughout the dungeon and the location randomized, but inevitable to discover without having very specific circumstances. There would be old seeds belonging to various crops littered throughout the dungeon, either as enemy drops or in chests. Plant them, come back after 5-10 minutes of playing, and there might be a crop that restores the hunger + health bar. There’s a chance that there will not be a crop, but instead a monstrous plant enemy that will initiate battle when you attempt to harvest from it. Plant a bunch of crops throughout the map and they could be a good source of food when everything else has been eaten. (That’s if RNG doesn’t smite you with a bunch of plant monsters every time you try farming…)
There is no "secret easy mode" in this game 3:53 this is mechanic for beta test player that still in this game for some reason but all you need to know is it is something like debug mode more than easy mode 3:58 go right 3 times down 2 time (stand on left up from grass on stair) and press enter for free item
5:50 it could be legarde would’ve been unlockable after getting the C ending or beating the game in general but then that was scrapped or seen as silly

Probably already been said , but for me developer tiles act weird , mostly the "add 2 members to your party" one . bugs my game a lot and makes it laggy a lot .
I am a new player of Fear & Hunger. There is another way of obtaining the seeds. I don't remember where I obtained them from (probably some crate), just that when I first found the farm land I did plant the seeds. That was on an unfinished save where I did not meet Lord of the flies. I mention it mostly as another fun fact... Though incomplete because I don't know where I got them from 😅
@@JiverMcjill-pp3xm Lol, I didn't see the notification. You get it by stealing from or killing Isaiah. He has two different maps on him. One of the maps takes you to a buried chest in the center of Mah'bre and gives you two scrolls. One is for Simple Transmutation (infinite hunger and mind through moldy bread and wine) and the other is Phase Step. You can then use Phase Step to reach Nosramus in the "lake* behind the Salmonsnake's corpse. They are impressed with you because you found their treasure I believe. It's a dialog, they the get upset with you for bothering them. There is a another chest beside them in the hideout but they will be upset with you if you open it and steal their things.
i find it hilarious that the only character who levels up in this game is one who does so by peeing

Technically the Demon Kid also levels up as they go from demon baby to demon kid.
From what I watched on a tier list, its stronger as a baby then as a kid because the baby takes half damage from all attacks. The kid does not.
