The ADU knows where it is at all times. It knows this because it knows where it isn't, by subtracting where it is, from where it isn't, or where it isn't, from where it is, whichever is greater, it obtains a difference, or deviation. The guidance sub-system uses deviations to generate corrective commands to drive the ADU from a position where it is, to a position where it isn't, and arriving at a position where it wasn't, it now is.
Radiant Dance machines DOES work for the dupes.
(5:30) I found this day 1 and it made my heart sank bc of how I thought I could distract ads from going to the ADU, I had to switch bc it wasnt working and went Arc😭
Definitely want to see another episode. Including a fact that several UA-camrs like Fallout have mentioned. ADU batteries can be used to heal Turrets and Decoys (as well as enemies like you mentioned). This seems to be CRITICAL to surviving through Legend Onslaught.
Tip 11: In Midtown, give the river next to the ADU a battery now and then. The eels will thank you.

Destiny finally added the ability to throw a car battery in the ocean, thank you Bungie!
Idk if this is known: but if your weapon has the Osmosis perk. And you need to reload, throw your grenade. It triggers the osmosis perk (which changes the element to your subclass) but also instantly reloads your weapon.
I find this very handy for weapons that reload slow, like machine guns or sniper rifles.

One lil thing I found being a blink main is in the hall of champions where you find the robot sweeping in front of the fan you can blink through the death wall and get to the bottom of the pit where u find another sweeping robot lol (oh if you didn't know a sword is required to blink in social spaces like helm the HoC and the enclave)

The dupe glitch also works with Weavewalk. You can get around 3 dupes with a single melee charge, and around 10 using all 3 melee charges depending on how fast you can enter and exit Weavewalk.
The dupe glitch also works when you throw and drop the ball at the same time. But the timing has to be perfect.
If you stand next to a tangle throw the adu and pick up the tangle, you can dupe the adu as long as the tangle lasts
If you throw an a.d.u battery at a decoy, the decoy gets healed.
Yeah, he covered that in the video. And it's more than just the decoy, though that is the best thing to use it on, followed by turrets

It should be noted, the battery healing also affects the decoy. Keep your Shaxx and he'll have your backs!
Balls + Rdm’s works. The dupe glitch DOES work. In fact, it works TOO good
you can dupe it just by having two on the ground and picking up another as you throw it
or just by changing weapons as you throw it but it is a tight timing

On the topic of Dupe glitching, there’s a much easier and faster way to dupe batteries than using your class ability.
When you have two batteries, pick up one and stand over the other. When you throw the one in your hand, press the interact button as if you are about to pick up the battery on the ground. This should duplicate the one you’ve just thrown and drop it on the ground. Pick it back up and repeat.
Do note that the battery you haven’t picked up has a timer and when that expires you cannot dupe the battery. Also the battery you threw has the same timer across each dupe so you have less and less time as you throw. Otherwise the window for dupe glitching is pretty lenient and very simple, I’ve been using it since this week started. Hope this helps.
Glad this series is back. Here's one for you that i just learned today. Envious assassin in pvp gives you 1 ammo for any kill you make from another source. In the new sandbox this seems broken and unintentional..... I hope 😬
I can confirm, radiant dance machines does work when duping adu batteries, literally infinite healing

Another tip in Onslaught, aside from the triumph, there's no real reason to go to wave50 for loot. Later waves take longer to clear but give the same loot (aside from wave50 giving ONE extra chest) as early waves. Clearing wave20 then restarting is much faster for farming drops than trying to go the whole way each time.

Picking up another carriable item while throwing an ADU battery(including a second battery) will also duplicate them. This means you can duplicate batteries for as long as the battery lifetime lasts(or until you mess it up).
Batteries can also be thrown at the various defenses in order to heal them too. Turrets and decoys flash red when at low health so you know when they need heals.
You do not know how mutch i love this series
Here's another tip: you can shoot through the boss room door before it opens, but I've only made it work with Dragon's Breath and Tusk of the Boar. Not sure what else works.
A friend *has* done the Battery dupe with RDMs, and yes - they work, printing an insane amount of them.
Here's one you might not know: If you roll Osmosis on The Last Breath the reticle color changes depending on what subclass type the grenade is that you throw.
using the batteries on turrets or decoys is a life saver this straight up gave me and my team a win on midtown due to saving a shaxx and 4 different golden turrets before the final zone change where we needed to kill a tormentor
where shaxx tanked his shots until we successfully shot his shoulders off to get him to follow a teammate all the way across the map towards 4 of our gold turrets while we cleared all the rest of the enemies
Those batteries even heal damaged defences which is very helpful and can save resources that you might have otherwise spent on replacing destroyed turrets or decoys.
the magnetism of the batteries does have limits, it can only turn so fast, so ironically a lazy close range toss can miss more often than a long-range huck because the long hang time gives it more time to correct course
You don't actually need to use your class ability to duplicate the balls. You just need two balls.
When you invade the pyramid ship to fight a boss, if you happen to get the long hallway with the door that is straight on at the end, you can fire rockets (I've only done it with dragons breath) through the door if you fire them from the far end opposite from the boss door.
I've done this too! I think I made it work with my Tusk of the Boar as well so it might be a projectile thing.
You can also dupe batteries by picking up a fresh one as you throw the one you are holding.
You can repeat this till the battery on the ground would expire
To add to #2, in my experience the batteries in fact continue to check for LOS to the ADU even after being thrown, so very often you can get them in by just turning towards the ADU and throwing the battery up.
Fun fact, you can access the vault anywhere by going to destinations, pick a destination, once you are in the screen to launch, press S and vaults up and usable.
The easiest battery dupe method has to be spamming the switch weapon very fast at the same time you throw your battery, which is way better than to rely on your class ability cooldown. It's very inconsistent, I wont lie, but I have duped the same battery like 10 times in a row just doing that, so it's worth trying every time, it works best if you are not moving. You get a shit-ton of scrap as well, which is really helpful if you save it until wave 30 and up and just buy max upgrades of anything on the last two ADU positions.
Tip : you can heal turret and decoy by repeatedly throwing the batteries at them until it stops blinking red. This has saved us so many shaxx
Also works on players!
Tip: Tormentors love people and not machines, if you or one of your teammates has the Tormentor’s aggro. Lead them away from the ADU and have the rest of your team clean up the adds before coming to help you.
Stronghold titan will do this and can take the hits with 0 damage. if they do the grab on later waves, make sure to break out.
Not a glitch or anything but this is an onslaught based video and I'm sure there's a handful of casuals in here like me that might like the tip. If you're a filthy void warlock like myself and likely not maximizing your kills in onslaught, get your hands on the Briarbinds. Extremely helpful for just having the child constantly flying around chipping off damage on stronger enemies and outright destroying platoons of weaker enemies along with pretty purple explosions. It's basically a free turret you can constantly move around the map.
I lost my child in between a bunch of batteries. I miss him.

Hierarchy users salivating when they finally find a spot where their bow's gimmick is somewhat useful.
Pro tip: Salvations grip is extremely OP in onslaught. Want to stop enemies from rushing the adu, fire 2-3 charged shots and make an Ice wall for 10 seconds. Also the hunters trapper ambush dive will shatter stasis crystals. So you can freeze a dozen enemies with Salvation, then shatter and turn invisible as well as Debuff any stronger enemies with trappers.

From a short amount of testing I did the other day, Radiant dance machines do work with the ball dupe glitch. Thats how I duped the ball 4 times in one dodging spree
Just found a pretty niche thing people might not know, but certain NPC's count as allies for triggering some buffs like Runneth Over. I found this while messing around in the HELM during a the dialogue where Mara, Crow and Osiris were talking.
6:11 yes, it indeed works, i have a build specifically for this in legend, can get me around 5-6 batteries without refreshing the buff, the most ive gotten out of one use of dance machines is 14, using a wave frame to refresh the buff with the weak adds.
Here's another thing i found out while playing strand hunter. You can dupe the batteries infinitely (kinda) when you pick up a battery then throw it and quickly grab a Tangle right on you, it will create a new battery on you. I'm not sure if this is consistent or not but it's happen multiple times for me, and sorry for my bad English, English isn't my 1st language

Tip 9.5: you can also duplicate batteries by picking up a second battery while throwing the first. Therefore you can throw one at your feet, class ability to duplicate, then chain those 2 batteries.
I have an extremely aggresive strand hunter build using radiant dance machines and buried bloodline to have infinite dodges, melees, devour, woven mail, and sever. It relies on the whirling malstrom aspect and unravel to passively get kills and extend both your radiant dance machines and devour buffs. With this build I havebeen able to duplicate a single battery 10-15 times.

Don’t know if this has been said before and/or if it’s replicable, but being frozen while under an Icefall Mantle shield will refund your barricade energy in full. Found that out on Javelin once forever ago, just remembered it while you did the Diamond Lance stuff this video.
small general tip: try to aim the battery above the ADU to avoid it potentially bonking off of enemies/teammates
for the second one, you dont even need line of sight, the ADU battery starts tracking immediately, but it still keeps the momentum from your initial throw for about 5 to 10 meters, which means you can throw it around corners or over enemies or walls and the like and it can still reach the ADU just fine

Here're my "things you don't know" list.
Severance Enclosure exists, and it's absolutely insane in Onslaught. Also, ADU Battery melee likely procs it since it's considered a powered melee.
You can also duplicate batteries by switching weapons, doesn't seem to work for me(mouse wheel) but works for my friend on Xbox(Controller)
You can ALSO Duplicate batteries if you throw them and try to pick up a Tangle instantly after, likely also works with other pickups like Diamond Lance & Ruinous Effigy Void ball (Only confirming it works with Tangles, haven't tested with the others)
Winterbite Melee spawns Tangles, so if you are/have a Strand Aspect that buffs them, go nuts. (We had a Strand Hunter making constant Maelstroms)
The Battery dupe works if you also pick up a second one right when you throw it, you will throw and drop the one pick up the second rinse repeat.
But I like lukewarm drinking water. Unless it's after 2am.
So, about the ADU Battery dupe. You don't need to do your class ability. You can literally jump, throw, and swap your weapons at the same time and it will dupe it as well and can be repeated as for as long as the battery has a countdown.
6:13 RDMs absolutely work, as long as the battery is still alive you can keep throwing it, I had over 200 scrap a couple times from a single battery
6:10 actually works and you can keep up the buff timer if you keep killing enemies
You can also duplicate the adu batteries by picking up a strand tangle the same moment you throw it. Probably works with diamond lance too

Probably the only thing that bugs me about onslaught is that some of the turrets don't have the best sight lines.
That's one thing I like about titanfall's frontier defense. You can place turrets wherever you want.
if you on stasis hunter and you are playing gambit you can run up to the invisible wall and roll and get a charged melee when the round starts
I feel like there are other ways to dup the ADU Batteries, because I swear sometimes when I pick them up and go to throw them immediately, there's another one right next to me to pick up and throw... Even though I only walked up to a single ADU Battery and I didn't hit my class ability button.
Radian Dance Machines will do multi-dup for the battery. I had a buddy try it last Thursday
You can actually duplicate the Adu battery more than once when beside a strand tangle, go to pick up the tangle as you throw the battery and that's all there is, can duplicate along as the battery has time
You can also dupe the batteries by holding to pick up another object, like a tangle, while throwing the battery

You can currently heal the defenses by throwing the ADU battery at them. Decoy nearly destroyed? Smack it with an ADU battery a couple of times. Also, there are other methods for duping the batteries, like having 2 near one another, dropping one and picking up another will create another battery - can work almost infinitely until the timers run out.
Dont need line of sight for the batteries, they just have very stong target seeking, you can curve them round corners if you do it right.
If the battery is full keep throwing charges. You get 45 scraps instead of 15 when it needs healing.

It is very easy to go out of bounds in the new social space. Literally go to any of the fans and you should be able to just walk through it. With careful platforming, you can make it all the way past Shaxx and Arcite, along with from the floor and ceiling of the map
on 2, you don't even need line of sight. it beelines RIGHT to the ADU once the battery can detect it. I've been hurling it LITERALLY cross map by just tossing it in its general direction into the air
As to your question yes radiant dance machines work on duping the battery's multiple times haha

As an Asian I failed to see that as a threat.
You can spam throw battery and swap weapon to dupe batteries too
btw the battery you dont even need line of sight, the battery just need to get line of sight during the throw. so you can throw it around corners or over ledges and buildings
I did a run with some goofballs from discord and they kept throwing batteries at the tormenter. Gives massive health.
You can throw stasis turrets through those boss fight doors in onslaught
Stronghold titan + eageredge, plus fist of panic, witherhoard and voltshot sidearm and you'll win all 50 waves and no longer have to see orbit
Personally I’m fine with the three maps for now, close, mid, and long range maps cover majority of builds, however I would love to see all the factions eventually added not just hive and fallen
Also using your class ability right after you throw the ADU battery, spawns another battery. Use Radiant Dance Machines for more than one.

I've been ball duping since day one.. Without losing ability energy.. If you have 2 batteries next to each other, throw one and pick the other up while in the animation.. Your welcome!!

You can dupe the batteries by throwing and spamming swap button. Right timing, you can dupe them and even fully spam throwing batteries
Quite handy to heal your ADU from nearly 0 to 100% hp in a short time
6:07 There's an easier method to duplicate batteries, one that has been there before in Season of Plunder. All you need is two batteries next to each other, and as long as those batteries have lifetime, just throw a battery as you pick up a battery, and it duplicates the battery.
We had an unstoppable ogre die to turrets we placed at a different adu point. The wave wasnt ending so we had to look for the last enemy and as we got there the turret was finishing off the ogre lol
I literally discovered the fifth one instantly myself while playing...
Turrets going after hunter decoys feels like a bug
Idk if it's a bug or not but sometimes if a turret shooting a low hp enemy the i cannot kill it unless if the turret stop shooting it or im using heavy on it
The dupe doesn't just work with class abilities but also with weapon swapping

Did you know you can heal the decoys with an ADU battery just throw it at them on the hologram projector and they will stop glowing red and become healthy once again.
You don’t even need to use a class ability to duplicate. Just throw and swap weapons at the same time
Another dupe glitch is activated by either throwing and dropping at the same time, or throwing and picking up a different battery
