Hertz drum is my favorite drum after 2021
I always love watching Dom play drums on the keys, you’re amazing
you're crushing it mate!
Impressive the way you play drums on keyboard. You will make drummers jealous 😃
There are many way to earn the title of being Professional and others think high of you. I have to say it, at 50 years old, I met lots of people, all professionals on one level or the other, but Dom, you are an example φίλε μου. A great composer, excellent profesional, and a good man. I wish you the best for the future and looking forward for more content from you. ❤
Awesome sound
That opening sequence was badass!!!
Love the Toms! The kick is pumping too! Thanks for the video.
Damn dude your giving youtube metal producers the sweats with those keyboard drum skills
Bloody hell! You monster! I'm speechless! Great demo, thanks.
Dom Sigalas
You're a drum wizard.
Too cool!
Dom your finger drumming is amazing! Clap clap clap!
woooow! Nice sounding drums! 🫵😳
Merry Christmas Dom, I found your tutorials this year thank you 🙏 hope you have a happy new year
Wao, this is fantastic! You are very convincing!
Sick!!!!
this is impressive!
I love your intro, Dom. 😊 👍
Dom, your a joy to watch x
❤️❤️❤️
Ești tare Dom Sigalas !
It's impressive that Dom can do this on the keyboard. It can obviously be improved with practice, but these days there are so many MIDI libraries played by drummers (which can also be modified) that I wouldn't even think of it.
Great video Dom:) Its hard to choose from all drum libraries in the market. There is so many nice stuff.
Hertz Drums for me sounds different- and I can easily adjust to my mix (in Copy-Paste word that's the huge improvement ) and they really easy fit my mixes.
Almost worth it just for the ModCC for the open hate. What a brilliant idea!
That guitar riff at the beginning sounds like a collective soul song ‘Counting the days’ ….. 😮
You're amazing!
Also I couldn't help noticing your Atari tshirt... During the 90s I was using an Atari ST with Cubase to sequence music from my Yamaha PSS-480!
The Legend 😎👍
Super 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Super
Hey Dom, how would you compare Hertz to Superior Drummer 3? It looks a bit more intuitive! Always love your vids mate, Cheers
Solid! I can never play a song without mistake. Always I need to play through the whole song, then edit it to perfection in Daw. Damn I sucks! Hahaha
I always knew you were a metal dude 😂
I'm still using drummagog5!
I'm not a composer so I'm only using audio triggers
Dom, Love your channel! Got a tip for you if you like. The best finger-drumming device I have ever used is a Steinberg PD pad controller. I know they were discontinued but you should try to find a used one and let me know what you think. Thanks again for all you do!
I have one! It’s actually great!
Hi Dom I'm your Italian fan, thanks for the tutorials you do, I wanted to upgrade from Cubase 8 Elements to Cubase Pro 12, but on the Steimberg website it says like this, Upgrade from Cubase Elements 6 - 11, means 6 7 8 9 10 11? Honestly, I don't understand well... could you help me understand? Thanks in advance😋
Sir which audio interface do u use?
which amps did you used for the guitar?
Sounds very good to me, but I love my Superior Drummer . Anyway I love your Videos !
Hi Dom how do I get my daw to connect with the Hertz drum plug-in I tried to play the midi file and armed the midi track but the the file didn't show when I pressed record thanks for response.
Can you please review the "Riffler" app for guitar riff generator it sounds so realistic, the app Is still only available for ipad i believe the developer is working on for VST3 for windows as well and will be releasing soon.. thankyou
Hey Dom. When you do drum replacement, do you take in account the key/tuning of the original snare recording or do you ignore the tuning of the snare completely?
Yes of course tuning is important! But it really depends on how good the original snare is. If it’s rubbish I just take the information and completely replace it ;) no point in matching the tuning there :)
Hey man, I'm having a hard time adding a library file in PreSonus Studio One 6, any ideas?
I don't know what vst to choose. There are so many. I make a lot of different type of songs with rock type drums. Hertz drums sounds impressive, but how are they compared to Groove Agent drums or Ez Drummer 3?
Edit: happy you mentioned Muse. They're my favorite band and by far my biggest inspiration when it comes to drum sound and bass sound.
I would recommend you check the video where I compare my favourite drum libraries. They sound completely different so there’s not really a “best” drum library in my opinion. If you’re looking for that Muse cracking snare then Hertz drums might be the best choice :)
XLN Audio Addtive is the Best for Rock Hard Rock Funk Blues with all the libraries 😎✌️
Imagine going back in a time machine to the early 1960s and showing this to Buddy Rich?
Hola mi amigo saludo desde ecuador cuanto vale ese vst
I'm using Cubase 12 elements... But I can't install vst peresets I downloaded to cubase 12. Where can I install the dll files? please someone help
👍👍👍
Hello, do you use cubase pro stock drum kits or do you rather preffer thirth party vst instruments?
Yea of course! It depends on the project and the sound I’m looking for. The right tool for the job. Groove agent has amazing electronic sounds for layering!
@@DomSigalas which drums do you preffer for singing songwritter w/ acoustic guitar?
@@pisnickar-ota hmmm many come to mind. The Nashville expansion for Groove Agent is really good as is Superior Drummer. But SD may be too much so I would check the expansions for EZ Drummer.
Hertz drums work very well to if you want a beefier sound :)
Sunete noi pe Yamaha Montage ? New Sounds Yamaha Montage ?
EZ drummer 3 VS HERTZ Drums. Please~~~~~~
Lala - Ashlee Simpson
Not that it’s really important, can you use these packs without processing? I would love to hear the raw sound and see the changes from raw to mixed sounds.
I think they sound just like SSD5
I was also distracted with Handy Drums commercial.
Hey Salvador! How’s it going? I would suggest you watch my video where I compare all my favourite drum libraries. They have similarities in terms of bigness and vibe but they sound quite different! Let me know what you think!
@@DomSigalas i did the other day. You can't never have enough drums... Always room for more.
At first I thought you own a new 32inch super slim touch screen monitor in front of you! 😁
This would be my next investing! If it would be a touchscreen then we can set two knobs at the same time..
Anyway, thanks for your great content you deliver every time. 👍
Hahaha apparently many people thought this was a screen!
@@DomSigalas good virtual ideas making real Innovations come alive! 💯
Dom, how manny cliche fills can you handplay?
Dom: YES!!!!
Hahahaha 😂
@@DomSigalas I luv you man, and you know it ❤
lol, now that's what I call proper finger-drumming. The plugins and libraries lately are getting nuts.
It sounds like every hit is at the exact same velocity. Are there velocity layers? Almost sounds mechanical. Nice quality sound but it sounds all the same hit.
Watch the full video, I play quite a few dynamic parts :)
@@DomSigalas Yep yep. Nice. Love your videos too man.
Magic fingers. That's what she said...
Seth Freakin Rollins making music
As a old drummer, snare, toms cool but hihat sounds terrible, and if hihat in a library sounds terrible, for me is not working. May be for replacement but not for production
I mean they sound ok. But there are so many choices that all sound good, I feel like price is also a guiding factor. That’s why at this point I’m passing on these
What is wrong with the price? For 70 euro you get the program with a library and possibility to extend it with other libraries and grooves if you want later.
@@optimizedtime1332 pretty sure 70€ was the cheapest thing on their site. And that was a special…I wish them luck, it’s just not for me IMHO
I do not like the idea that they sell the drum instrument with zero samples and then you have to buy a sample pack separately. I don't claim to have golden ears but I can't hear any quality difference between this and other commercial top tier drum sample libraries.
Different packs have different sound. You can buy what you need without paying for something extra. But if you want everything you can buy it as a bundle. If they release a new pack, you only need to buy the pack without buying a software, what is more comfortable than for example kontakt plug-ins.
My real drums dont need that lol.
