Fun fact for some people about push ups. In Japanese karate it does not matter how many push ups you can do. It matters how long you can do them for. For instance a well conditioned person can do five push ups in three minutes. By very slowly going up and down, never stopping the motion, always keeping tension and body weight active while slowly breathing. It was actually quite a impressive feat to witness in person.
I was always told to do slow pushups when I was under training. I never understood why do it slow as it hurt a lot to me back then. It's been 10 years since I left my training and now after starting to do weightloss stuff in gym I'm understanding why slow pushups were important. They do hurt but they are the best to gain strength.
Your advices have led to the most effective exercises I have ever done (and most excruciating), but results speak for themselves. I did calisthenics and bodyweight exercises mostly, but I have found these extra tips of yours for these types of exercises to be far more effective and satisfying to me personally than any painful occasions before that in the gym. In the process I took a muscle gain plan from next level diet, and without any additional supplements needed, my muscles started to grow massively over the last three months. Thank you Ivan for all the work you have done over the years.

Comiendo sano, y dependiendo si quieres crecer muscularmente comer mucho, o si quieres adelgazar y verte fuerte comer poco y mucho ejercicio. Pero sobre todo es que comas sano, poca azucar, productos muy procesados, etc. SUerte.

And yes it can be hard increasing the weight using ur body but u can always try incline push ups etc and by the time u have mastered every bodyweight exercise and can do atleast 12 reps of them u will have a pretty impressive body🔥😈

La douleur indique en effet que vous avez bien travaillé et que vos muscles se renforcent ! 3 jours que je m'entraine avec votre chaine a coté , mal de chien partout mais efficace +1 abo ;)

Только первое упражнение убивает плечевой сустав, особенно если делать его с утяжелением.

@@abdullahshakeel4279 ofc it will! Your muscles don’t have eyes, they don’t know the difference between a benchpress or a push up. Just try to gradually increase reps or weight. And yes it can be hard increasing the weight using ur body but u can always try incline push ups etc and by the time u have mastered every bodyweight exercise and can do atleast 12 reps of them u will have a pretty impressive body🔥😈
