She recorded everything, except any of the traumatic events. Funny how she never addressed any of this to him in her audio recordings, other than him complaining about her abuse towards him.

Reading the transcript of this online paints such a different picture. I watched this after reading it and actually thought it could be true, but after watching this I don’t believe it. She is insane.

Also, she has been telling stories of him hitting her so bad she should have pictures of her with 3 times as many bruises as Rihanna yet there is no actual proof for any of that.

I am so sorry to all who has had these experiences, and I'm so sorry if this trial has brought up feelings of anger and frustration. I cannot imagine what you've had to endure, and the fact that you can type "I have been sexually assaulted" to show your support for others is just..so incredibly strong. You are all warriors, truly.

She records everything she can to use as a weapon against him, yet has not pictures, videos, medical records, witnesses to any of these horrific injuries? Being beaten and sexually assaulted is so traumatizing, if this were true she would’ve had evidence or at the very minimum a witness to some of the injuries. Bruises on the face, cuts on feet, patches of hair ripped out and on the floor. She’s a liar and a terrible actress

I'm a survivor of SEVERE child sexual/mental/physical abuse. Her testimony upsets me SO much that it's been causing my PTSD to kick up. Not because of her "abuse," but of her acting that she was abused like this. I know some people don't always act like we think they should, in regards to abuse recall, but the way her face is not covering up her acting is infuriating to me. I have spent the last 20 years in and out of therapy and the abuse has crippled my life. I don't want to be near anyone except my husband and kids. I disassociate often, when I think about the abuse, but I NEVER remember the details about my surroundings like she is talking about, when it was happening. I remember what I was feeling at the time vs what was around the room, etc. It sounds like a screenplay she is acting out that the lawyer is helping her along with. I always feel "dirty" talking about it and hate to make eye contact with other while I am telling about what happened. I hate to not believe a person who claims to be a victim, but her body language is screaming she is telling a story rather than accounting her own trauma.

I also suffer from cptsd and it's so triggering to see her like that. she basically resembles my parents (with her demeanor).
She literally goes into details about things that aren’t even relevant, she doesn’t even properly answer the questions, and the fake cry was just so cringy to watch, what an absolute blow to people who have actually been abused, she should be absolutely ashamed of herself!

Exactly right. Good observation. That's literally what liars do. They will describe surroundings, setting in great detail, but the actual incident is very vague and poorly described. Very typical. Usually called over-selling.

Those who suffer from this sort of trauma will go into almost like a trans when having to relive their traumas. She does not show any signs of this actually happening to her. It’s disgusting watching her be sooooo fake. As a sufferer of PTSD and multiple other diagnosis this would not be a easy task for her is she were a actual victim of abuse.

So, her feet sliced up from glass, but took a sleeping pill and went to sleep! She would’ve needed serious medical help to remove said glass as she was ‘skating on glass!’ The way she stares JD down as a survivor of SA I just about managed to lift my eyes off the floor to clear the tears whilst recounting my abuse! But AH sat there staring JD down! Cannot recall any victim staring down their abuser,,8’ court or otherwise!

I’m sorry but as someone who was violated with a very similar implement, not only was I VERY aware of the pain, it caused scarring that was visible 7 years later, when I had surgery to rectify the damage that was done. This scarring was noticed by the gynae who did my next smear test, I didn’t need to document it at the time.
She must have magical healing skin to be cut on her forearms and have a bottle/broken bottle inserted ‘over and over’ again into her vagina with absolutely no physical consequences.

This is really difficult for me to watch. I am a survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence, and have been struggling with PTSD, depression, and anxiety ever since. Watching this case has brought back so many memories and emotions, and the influx of my own feelings and emotions really hit me watching Amber. It's very strange to watch her recount things that echo what happened to me (and many others) and to see her feigning emotion when I am struggling with my own flashbacks and emotions during it is so hurtful. I have had to take breaks during watching due to the anxiety during watching it. What stands out most to me is what she was doing throughout all this. Partying, hanging out with friends, no hospital visits or days spent recuperating. When I was being abused, I felt so ashamed, I felt I never had energy, I very rarely went to see a friend, I had several hospital visits, days spent laying in bed feeling sick and in pain and bruised. I couldn't have mustered any strength to do what she was doing during what she describes. I wasn't there so I can't say for certain, but as a survivor myself, it just doesn't ring true.
Because the abuser always tries to blame the abused. It’s so nefarious. I was a victim too. The depravity of people like this is immeasurable. They put you through absolute hell and then blame you for what they did. Im sorry you went through it, but you aren’t alone. Don’t let what that person did to you ruin you.
Her personality traits means she projects the things she does on to others. She takes the abuse she imposed on her victim and pretends she was the victim. I had the exact experience. None of what your abuser did to you was your fault. You are likely a trusting, giving, and caring person. Thats what abusers prey on. You are that person still I bet. As a victim myself I wouldn’t be able to look the jury in the eye telling them one of the most traumatic things that has happened to me in my life. Unfortunately victims hang their heads in shame like we have done something wrong she doesn’t even look uncomfortable. I honestly believe women who lie about things like this should go to prison if it’s proved.

She is profoundly disturbed, like beyond what most people who are not involved in the psychiatric field, could possibly comprehend. I honestly fear for her after all of this is done and dusted.

Actually it is pretty normal the way she speaks about it. A lot of people including myself who have had traumatic experiences often start dissociating when the traumatic incident is mentioned, which makes us forget what happened or almost everything that happened

You can clearly tell when someone is forcing themselves to cry, Ambers facial expressions constantly change while she's "crying" clearly showing its being put on its so obvious! she is acting and the fact Johnny won and Amber hasn't faced charges for literally accusing a guy of all that is insane.
I don't want to discount her but I find it really hard to understand why she she did not keep any records (photos) of her injuries or go to a hospital. She kept a video of him breaking closets but not this type of horrific abuse? It's hard to believe.
When I was physically attacked by my partner I went to the hospital and they did an exam where they took pictures and record of everything. All without having to charge my partner. She's lying

I have a sister who unfortunately was actually sexually abused as a child ill never forget her telling me the first time. Well at first she was so ashamed she couldn't bare to tell any of us so she ended up telling a female detective bc it was easier for her. Eventually she built the courage up to tell all of us. But what stuck out to me is the pain in her facial expressions. The endless tears and uncontrollable body shakes . you could just tell she had been through something horrific to her core whereas I see none of that with Ms.Heard. not one tear throughout her story. Idk I just cant convince myself to believe this chick. There have been moments where I thought she was telling the truth but I feel like its a series of large lies with small truths scattered amongst her stories.
I was 24 befor I told my mom the truth and I still haven’t gave her the details to everything that happened because I’m still ashamed even tho I was a child

As a DV survivor, listening to her ‘how do you feel about being here today?’ answer as ‘being exposed publicly is the biggest pain point rather than the atrocity of being a victim of DV and then being made out to be a perpetrator’ - that said it all. She definitely doesn’t know, and hasn’t lived the distinction between drama and abuse, otherwise she’d be angry at the implications that she’s the perp. Her lying and drama are transparent to anyone who lived through DV, even give the shitshow the two of them created. A truly disgusting, sadistic injustice to all women who have truly been victims.

I was also abused both physically and emotionally and there are a lot of details I don't remember. It can go both ways. I'm not defending AH. But I'm also aware of how nervous she must be speaking to a jury with millions of people watching. I'm sure she is aware that most people have already judged her to be lying, so she is overcompensating with her acting skills. There are a lot of factors at play here. The fact remains that JD is an alcoholic, drug abuser with a bad temper (see video of him slamming kitchen cabinet doors). He isn't the necessarily gentleman people make him out to be either. The only ones who know the REAL truth are AH and JD. Bottom line.

The bottle she’s claiming he assaulted her with is big. Big enough she would have sustained internal injury and tearing and would have needed to go to the hospital.

As a sexual assault and domestic violence survivor, it is absolutely disgusting what she’s doing, I couldn’t look the cops, my dad even my therapist In the eye about it, I didn’t go to trial thankfully cause I wouldn’t have been able to but if I did I don’t think I’d be able to look at anyone, picking my skin, nails etc… she’s an absolutely disgrace to woman who survived the same pain, she’s one of the reason nobody believes us.

I have always maintained a love for Johnny and it brings me great pain to have to live out the details of our past life together in front of the world." . How can a real abuse victim maintain love for someone who allegedly inflicted violence, pain, shame, humiliation, and degradation by shoving a broken bottle up her vagina? This extreme level of abuse and violation would cause serious injury, physically and emotionally, particularly to mental illnesses such as depression, paranoia, and PTSD. But going out with other guys the very next day and having a baby, is not really the usual symptom of that extreme level of trauma. The last thing a real abuse victim would do is maintain love for the abuser, in fact, it's the opposite. So this debunks her testimony. She's desperate to say anything to get out of this. And, real assault victims don't pout and sulk throughout the trial. It's likely she got away with inflicting so much abuse on others, her entire life.
Both of her exes have stated she was abusive this is actually crazy this case has gone on so long 😔

And again with the “beautiful burgundy lace nightgown that Dr. Kipper gave her.” The acting… wow, it’s awful! I feel so sorry for Johnny for having to sit through this. It’s like watching a horrible B movie, except the ridiculous accusations are real. If she wasn’t aware of the picture, then why was it taken? She just takes pictures of liquor bottles without any reason?

I’m so sorry you had to go through that. Absolutely horrible but it’s so beautiful to see the word survivor. I to have gone through some horrible stuff but as a child. The thing i don’t get is how she talks about what happened with no break down, no tears. I wouldn’t look at everyone around me telling in detail what happened as if it was just a bed time story. That pain is deep and it hurts when you talk about it, even after all these years tears will still fall because it hurts. It’s really hard for me to believe this happened to her, and it hurts to hear her say these things knowing it could all be false. Believe me, no one wants to talk about this deep pain and if needed to I’m sure would talk like they are reading a script for everyone to hear making all this eye contact like she’s really trying to sell this story. I don’t know, I’m so confused with her, it’s really hard to believe. If I am wrong please forgive me, I just never seen anyone talk about some truly deep pain this way.

I watched her yesterday with an open mind. I tried to be a juror being as unbiased as possible. As she recalled the first time she was hit I wanted to believe her. Im not a body language expert, but the more I watched her testimony the more something wasnt quite right about her facial expressions and the way she almost appeared to be forcing herself to cry without actually producing any tears. Its one of the oddest things ive seen. By the end I just couldnt bring myself to believe her, and today has just been an extension of that. The only time she appeared to show true emotion is when she was stating how much she loved JD, but during the stories of abuse, the over dramatisation just didnt tally with with someone who is a true victim of abuse

No medical records, no recordings, no witnesses, not even a friend or a family member who can say that she had told them about this before. For her to lie about such a vile act is such a disservice to actual abuse victims

@@crystalfhang The medical records are the main thing. You saw that bottle, it was huge. Even if you 'can't feel the pain at the time', you will damn well feel it after the adrenaline has gone. That bottle would have caused internal bleeding, tearing (that could require stitches) and an unimaginable amount of pain that would require medical assistance. Yet there are no medical records. At the same time, she had glass in her arms, feet etc. You seek medical attention for that immediately or you will not be able to walk on your feet for a long time without rather a lot of pain.... yet there are no medical records. You wouldn't be able to move for days after something like that, let alone walk around on the very same day.
