Resemblance of to the early days of Techno. Couldnt imagine the time where DAW was non-existence and the distribution of music done person-by-person, what a state of the art it is
awesome. you really get the best out of the dfam, congrats. the only thing i (personally) don't dig about this jam are the sounds from the octatrack. for claps, see if you like wmd fracture.
Listen again- It is not synced. I think he is adjusting tempo on DFAM manually. But it's a bit off. Sounds almost like "swing", but just not synced. (I think.)
I think I was wrong- I went to look at my DFAM to see what jack he is plugged into. It's the "advance/clock" jack. And now that I look at video more closely, I see that the red cable runs from the Octatrack to the DFAM. So I'm thinking the Octatrack must have clock out (or cv out, or whatever). I'm a semi-modular noob. :)
Pure delight to listen to🧐

it's not really industrial techno since there are little to no industrial elements BUT its good
At 6 minutes he finally drops the beat correctly. I withdraw my "white people be like" GIF.
What? He's experimenting and that's the point of a Jam, it's not a performance of a pre thought up song.
Dope af, how are you syncing the dfam to the setup?
