I love the The Alastair at Aria and Glen Perimeter. The leasing agents were so nice and friendly! that's always a plus. I also saw so many bad reviews about Notting Hill i chose not to move there
I lived at the Notting Hill apartments for 6 months in 2019/early 2020 as a subletter. Outside of an ant infestation in the bedroom (small and only on the windowsills) and the bathroom (honestly no clue how they got in there), which maintenance would come spray for immediately and then in a month they would be back, they were honestly solid apartments. The location was A M A Z I N G. I didn't end up moving in because the price increase was crazy.
I had a negative experience at SLX. No one was there for my appointment and I waited 30 minutes. Strangely I received an email meant for residents from them recently
Ok details this will be long 😂 might be not findable it will be a challenge it doesn’t have to be downtown but nice view location can be anywhere in Ga but if it’s near a Publix that’s perfect $2k or less $1400 $1500 is ideal 2 preferably or 1 bedroom (queen bed) Wants floor to ceiling windows or tall windows A balcony a nice tub with side space by wall (I want to use that thing that’s lay across it) you know bubble bath vibe Island is a must ( a no wall open connected one is ok -no like hole in between) Nice size closets Pantry needed or lots of cabinets in kitchen we cook cook 👩🏾🍳 Hardwood everywhere but bedroom carpet ok Washer and dryer needed in unit only (connection ok) Just a bright apartment I do my makeup so a area for that if it’s a 1 bd Amenities Pool a must Fitness Center a must Elevators if up floors with views. if not first level Grills and stuff A vibe I will be doing content so a vibe you know
I was really looking forward to the view from the balcony of The Eva aaaand you got a really good shot straight down… at the asphalt in the parking lot.
Hey love! Love your videos. Where would you recommend I look for apartments close to CHOA. Moving soon and looking for a place about 15-20 mins away tops. Any help you could give I’d appreciate!
Not that I know of… if they did I would’ve mentioned it in the video :) however I did see one that offered furnished units in my “less than $1200 apartments” video
Hi Angel, I don't have an Instagram but I hope you can guide me here with some apartment suggestions. My budget is 1200-1500 and I am looking for a studio or a 1 bedroom apartment. I prefer not to commute more than 40 minutes to work (my job will be located in Norcross).
@@AngellK I end up finding a place in Smyrna. I appreciate your follow-up. As a fellow northeastern can you give me places to visits/hangout (I am dolo here)? I did the tourist stuff already (King Center, Aquarium, Civil Rights Museum, and the world of coca-cola.
