This was great and helpful … I live in midtown now but it’s mad tourists every weekend up and down Peachtree so I’m thinking Buckhead is the move since it’s more ppl who LIVE there not just visiting. Also I recommend always ask if your visitors have to pay to park when coming to see you. The one I’m in now on Peachtree was one of the very few that didn’t. Most high rises in Atlanta I’ve found make your guests drop coins. Thank you so much this was helpful! XO
These are some incredible videos! Did you have a preference between The Huntley and AMLI Lenox? Both have incredible views and look similar. Subscribed!
Thank you :) and the Huntley hands down. No competition lol I’ve never lived in either so it’s just my outside opinion but I loved all the little perks they offered
Any recommendations for you lady moving to Atlanta to attend Morehouse medical school? Something safe and same luxury amenities with good reasonable commute to school.
Looking to relocate to Georgia next year. I would like to find a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, ceiling to floor windows, washer/dryer in unit, dining room, possibly utilities included and not too far from airport. Could be apartment or condo with price ranging from $1800 to $2400. Any assistance you can provide would be very much appreciated.

Lilli is cool but because it’s so close to the FOX you get heavy people traffic at the restaurant on the ground floor when a show is running which is almost always and you pay for the premium of being near there. IMO you can choose a better value option.
A tip on your videography... move the camera **much more slowly**. Right now the scenes you picked are ok but the way you show them is too jarring for people to follow easily.
The aml Lenox was my favorite like the layout of the apartment better
The Huntley was definitely a whole vibe for me. Enjoyed the tour. Thanks. Loving the energy.
Right?! And thank you ☺️ thanks for always supporting
@@AngellK I got you woman.
lol the agent at Modera looked like he was an entire vibe 😂😭 and I prefer when the tour is self guided
He really was 😭 & yess I get to take my time

No seriously 😭 they’ll make you pay for parking and make your guests pay. It’s insane.
Thank you for this! I’m not moving yet but definitely adding to my vision board for next year!
Moving to Atlanta in July. This really helps.
I love the last 2
Amli was beautiful!
$4300 for the Huntley is overpriced. That living area was tiny. The previous space was way better. For way less
Hmm I guess the perks and amenities. It was the pantry that got me
The caliber of materials. Marble in the bathrooms. All up the walls. That kitchen…the hood. Gas stove. Bosch appliances. Very nice.

Hmm what’s your budget?
@@AngellK $1500-$2500. Must be safe. Covered parking would be nice.
May consider purchasing
What about when it comes to public transportation within the area?
Love this video 😍
Thank you :)
you did great thanks!
