LMAOOOOOOO 15:45. Retired MMA fighter here. I was struggling a little with mood because my back is a little tricky these days as opposed to my fighting days when I weight lifted and stayed very active. I decided for my back & general health to challenge myself to get down to my fighting weight and settle back at a healthier weight. My man is on point. Easiest cut I've ever had.
the mark of the great man is this: they come out of shitty situation becoming glorious and with wisdom.that's what beautiful of being a man or a woman in that matter

Change is automatic, your body’s going to change anyway. Change is automatic Progress is not. To have a resolution is to resolve something. What does it take to make a lasting change. 1) You got to have a vision on what you want. A vision is something that excites you. It has to have the power to pull you not push. Push requires will power which is not lasting. Pull excites you and pulls you with energy. 2) It’s gotta be compelling. You have to have strong enough reasons. Reasons come first answers come second. 3) You have to review it and feel it everyday. STAY FOCUSED
