Yes. But Theo was kind of put on the spot. He could have asked permission. Tony does that bc he wants to help but each person knows what they can handle and it's public. We are lucky that Theo is so vulnerable but I think people need to tread lightly sometimes. Great talk though❤

I took a lot of shit for being a consumer of his content 20 years ago when I discovered him. Say what you want, but his strategies & insight are legit, despite the cynics who throw shade from the cheap seats. I've been to three of his events in my life, and they were all outstanding. He's the real deal, and self-improvement content is never a waste of time compared to the junk content and hate all over the internet.

Hey theo-- be sure to tell your listeners that private equity is whats currently buying up all the houses, hospitals, doctors offices, and dental offices and making them into these shitty corporate conglomerates. It’s why your doctors office is owned by a chain now and they only employee half the staff and service quality is low so they can make more profits for their shareholders, like Tony, who can afford private conseourge in-home medical care and will never have to deal with the poor services of one of the offices he bought out. Don’t fall for this shit. It’s bad karma. No amount of money and profits over the livelihood of everyday people will ever thrive.

I’m trying to gather other pieces of content I can utilize in this way. Whether it be a song with a particular lyrics that snaps me back out of spiral mindsets. Or a smell that takes me back to a simpler time that reminds me to take time to appreciate the little things in life. That along with building a memory palace and possibly lucid dreaming/dream journal as well as a bullet journal I think would be a great start on the road to mindfulness. I think there’s a better way to administer aroma therapy in general besides the normal lavender/essential oil things and use smells specific to the person instead. Maybe have the person search for smells that a special to them in some way and then integrate them into therapy in different ways. I think it would be a fantastic tool especially to help you remember emotions and be able to talk about memories as if they were yesterday. If anybody knows of anything like that may or may not include art therapy please let me know lol

I teared up when Theo said he sometimes feels ugly. The idea that anyone thinks that of themselves (myself included) just hurts. A simple, seemingly silly part of the interview I suppose, but just hit hard-the idea that our own thoughts about ourselves can be so hurtful, and not how others see us. Here’s to dissolving those limiting harmful beliefs and seeing ourselves how others do - beautiful souls bringing joy and insightfulness to others❤

Read practically any great self-help book today and you can probably trace the skills back to Tony Robbins' Personal Power series. I had the CD's for Personal Power 2 back when he was "Anthony Robbins," and listening to them every day changed my brain for the better in ways my parents or school never could. I owe a ton to him. Thanks Tony and thanks Theo for having him on!

Now im 24 with no confidence and super low "self-esteem". Im trying but man is it hard to rewire my brain to do things to make myself proud of myself and make me believe in myself.

"If mom and had not [abused me], I would not be the man I am today". The power of that statement and confidence by which he delivers is it so massive, it's like the power of the sun. He's able to hug his mother, give her all of his love with zero grudge, completely owning his own life and taking the broken bits he was given and being able to truly form gratitude for that pain with so blame, just love. It's an level of evolution of the mind we all so desperately need, but few will get to.

Theo what makes your podcast so great is that you’re such a down to earth guy and you can relate to anybody. I’ve never seen any guest come on your show in which you had some sort of agenda or bias for them. You seem like a generally good dude and you just try to have fun and get along with people, and that’s why your podcast is having such great success. Keep going brother.

"Stack the good, stop the old story... remind yourself that it's bullshit to focus on anything other then what you accomplished today and what tomorrow will bring to the stack of goodness you are building.... this resonates with me.... progress is when you realize you are handling a situation better then your old self❤

Man… listening to Tony takes me back about 20 years. It’s midnight, Im high, I’m sitting on my couch and contemplating purchasing the “Personal Power” CD box set from an infomercial on TV. I never did call that number on my screen, opting to make a toasted cheese sandwich and play Need for speed underground on my PS2 instead. ‘‘Twas a good night!

Theo can really do anything. He’s amazing at Stand up and can interview anyone and have them laughing. Love it. Went and saw him live and it was the funniest thing I have ever experienced 😂

@@JackattackZA Bill is just a famous shit talker. I can go to Boston and find 10 dudes in 1 day that sound just like him, complaining about everything. Now he’s all soft and walks around with a leash held by his wife.

A few years ago, I had nothing to do and no one was around so I looked up the local comedy club. Saw Theo would be there. Went, sat at a table with strangers and laughed so hard my jaw cramped. Turned a lonely night into something fulfilling. Bought a Got Hamps? Shirt.

Theo is taking over!! These are podcasts heartfelt and meaningful even if Theo is fighting his demons he still has these amazing guests! Not just the typical person who just comes on shows just to promote something

Theo I don't know if you will see this, but you helped me so much this year. I have been very sick for seven years and except for going to hospital I haven't been anywhere but in a bed. This year was especially dark, because I lost the last of my money from my house and car and not even a little better yet, however you made me laugh so much. That is one of the things I am so grateful for.Thank you so much, you are a blessing! PS I think you are really handsome too. Much love from South Africa
