A few big things I got out of this. 1. Theo's honesty about his feelings helped me to relate to my own feelings. 2. I realised I'm not alone in feeling the way I do. 3. My addictions and mindset are getting in the way of my own progression and happiness. 4. I need to try harder . 5. I am good enough. Thanks for that. ❤

With technology, that's becoming ever more apparent ... as people fight over capturing the perfect selfie with an idol, to create the perfect image to portray on social media ...
Yes. But Theo was kind of put on the spot. He could have asked permission. Tony does that bc he wants to help but each person knows what they can handle and it's public. We are lucky that Theo is so vulnerable but I think people need to tread lightly sometimes. Great talk though❤

I took a lot of shit for being a consumer of his content 20 years ago when I discovered him. Say what you want, but his strategies & insight are legit, despite the cynics who throw shade from the cheap seats. I've been to three of his events in my life, and they were all outstanding. He's the real deal, and self-improvement content is never a waste of time compared to the junk content and hate all over the internet.
I agree. Something I needed to hear though was that feeling the pain can become a habit too. Getting stuck in self pity became comfortable and it was eye opening to hear them talk about this. These two are awesome
Hey theo-- be sure to tell your listeners that private equity is whats currently buying up all the houses, hospitals, doctors offices, and dental offices and making them into these shitty corporate conglomerates. It’s why your doctors office is owned by a chain now and they only employee half the staff and service quality is low so they can make more profits for their shareholders, like Tony, who can afford private conseourge in-home medical care and will never have to deal with the poor services of one of the offices he bought out. Don’t fall for this shit. It’s bad karma. No amount of money and profits over the livelihood of everyday people will ever thrive.
I’m trying to gather other pieces of content I can utilize in this way. Whether it be a song with a particular lyrics that snaps me back out of spiral mindsets. Or a smell that takes me back to a simpler time that reminds me to take time to appreciate the little things in life. That along with building a memory palace and possibly lucid dreaming/dream journal as well as a bullet journal I think would be a great start on the road to mindfulness. I think there’s a better way to administer aroma therapy in general besides the normal lavender/essential oil things and use smells specific to the person instead. Maybe have the person search for smells that a special to them in some way and then integrate them into therapy in different ways. I think it would be a fantastic tool especially to help you remember emotions and be able to talk about memories as if they were yesterday. If anybody knows of anything like that may or may not include art therapy please let me know lol
I teared up when Theo said he sometimes feels ugly. The idea that anyone thinks that of themselves (myself included) just hurts. A simple, seemingly silly part of the interview I suppose, but just hit hard-the idea that our own thoughts about ourselves can be so hurtful, and not how others see us. Here’s to dissolving those limiting harmful beliefs and seeing ourselves how others do - beautiful souls bringing joy and insightfulness to others❤
My father committed suicide when I was 18, and then my mother shortly after at 21. It left with me a lot to unpack, and sometimes I do a better job at it then other times. This episode helped me out a lot. I love you Theo Von, you are a man for the people and I’m going to do what it takes to try and help people like your heart has helped me. Thank you for being vulnerable, you are enough, and you are loved. And thank you Tony for the practical advice, I WILL apply it. Love you both and hope I get the chance to meet both of you.
This is hands down the best interview Tony has ever done... Theo is so genuinely excited to learn new things and to share what he knows, which amplifies that in Tony
I particularly appreciated Theo's ability to push back when he felt skeptical about some of the ideas Tony was throwing his way. I can only imagine the amount of courage it takes to challenge someone as influentially powerful as Tony Robbins, and I think it grounded the conversation in a way that I have never quite seen from Tony.
I was just telling my brother this is the best interview. Everything Tony talks about is SO TRUE. I just hit a "Insight" moment a month ago, and I took action on changing it. I couldn't be any more thankful and hopeful on what's to come.
Please what if I want to get started how do I go about it? I really need help, because I think investing in Forex and crypto is the best investment anyone can get involved with.
Theo tearing up on the self shame topic hit me so HARD!!!! My dude has no idea what an icon he is, it's crazy how we all see him vs how he sees himself. And still crushes it. WE LOVE YOU BROTHER
As a male who struggles with mental health from childhood trauma, I damn sure needed this. It’s all about self talk people. The rewire of the brain is a real deal and really helps.
Joe Dispenza and Eckhart Tolle are my 2 go to’s where it concerns rewiring my thought process and patterns. The older you get, the more work it is yet at the same time the more capable you are of figuring out how to do it. I’m 52 and was very set in my ways, ways that weren’t always beneficial to a better me. When you figure it out, it’s like “man, I could’ve done this years ago!” It takes time but totally worth the effort…
Theo is very attractive, and his sense of humor really sweetens the pot too. I've always thought his face seems very familiar, and that feeling puts you at ease. Makes it feel like he's a dear old friend you haven't seen in a long time.
I absolutely love Theos vulnerability. Seeing him tear up always makes me tear up. He’s without a doubt such a beautiful human being. I truly hope he learns to believe those things about himself.
Tony is the perfect person to help Theo realize that he f*cking rules!!! Theo is a 1 in a trillion personality, a killer comedian and super talented and successful, but he still thinks of himself as just a regular Joe!! 😂 Theo has the smallest ego and the most talent in all of comedy, it's such a rare combo ✌️
@@WideAwakeHumanI’m sorry that you have to hate that someone found other people that they can relate to. Humans finding a connection to the experiences of other humans that bring them comfort is not the problem. Trolls who like to sh*t on others like you, are
@@snarlynx1I like this , I've heard it before, they explained it something like all the thoughts I think are not created by me they are universal thoughts just passing through my brain if I don't like certain thoughts just let them pass by and the thoughts you do like grab them and make them apart of you
Theo’s humor is almost just as life changing for me as 3 years of reading/listening to Tony Robbins. Theo is that guy that everyone would want to hangout with, not just because he’s funny but because he’s a good dude
It's kind of astounding how smart Theo actually is. He has such a unique way of thinking and making comedy that you don't really think that he would be THAT emotionally intellectual, it's actually really dope to see..
I love how much Theo is maturing and growing as an entertainer. He used to be such a sarcastic funny dude and now has these super deep almost vulnerable side that he lets out. His interviews are legitimately good
I agree and I think it’s great that it shows that even with the changes, he can track that he is evolving and creating new through the old. Not in spite of it but along with it. Both were genuinely enjoyable sides of him but it feels easier to tap in with those vulnerabilities for him and with him as a viewer. I definitely love to see it and grow alongside with him.
Yes! I'm 5 months and 5 days sober and I'm in many online sobriety groups. I often recommend to people that they donate their time to others in order to keep their mind off of their struggles.
I used to always try to think about myself, try to understand myself, to try to figure out what I want, and what to do with my life. It only brought serious anxiety and depression. I don't think of myself at all anymore, and life is a million times better for it lol
Hey 😌 I heard that line too and paused to let it sink in. But my question to Tony would have been… yep, get it, agree… but personal growth and self awareness requires self enquiry and therefore focus… so how does that work… looooove to hear thoughts on this ☺️
Read practically any great self-help book today and you can probably trace the skills back to Tony Robbins' Personal Power series. I had the CD's for Personal Power 2 back when he was "Anthony Robbins," and listening to them every day changed my brain for the better in ways my parents or school never could. I owe a ton to him. Thanks Tony and thanks Theo for having him on!
Wow that's awesome! what are the notable things you've been able to acomplish as a result of listening to Tony? Would love to know as i'm not in the best place life, motivation career wise at the moment.
I would pay (Pay per view) $300 just to see Theo attend a Tony Robbins event, to see his response, live. This show is definitely in my top 10 favorites out of any UA-cam interview.
I've got PTSD and deal with suicidal ideation continuously. I lost my son. Never have committed to taking SSI's. They made me sick. Hated cocooning my grief seemed dishonorable. Good episode Theo. Thank you Tony.
I’m so sorry for your loss😢. There are many support groups and professionals out there who can help, and many other medications outside of SSRIs that you could try. I know your life will never be the same, but please don’t give up on us, there is still time for you to heal. I know I’m just a stranger on the internet but I believe in you💪
I hope Theo know how extremely lucky he is to have Tony Robbins to seat in his place and have a one on one chat like this; the immense privilege of being able to ask many things and get this man's knowledge directly is something hundreds of thousands of people can only wish for.
this came at a time in my life when i really needed it the most. I've been so buried inside my head for so long, and have been using "my story" as a justification for feeling bad. Hearing tony talk about identify seriously changed me. Theo, you are the man, and through your growth you have helped others grow too. Peace love and power to you bro 🙌
Gratitude Gratitude Gratitude! Work hard at reprogramming your Self, I'm new to the application of the concept myself, but it's been working and although I haven't overcome all the obstacles in my life, I've identified my mind as the biggest one, as well as the greatest tool in progress. Best of luck my friend! Love yourself.
You’re a bad ass dude! Go be the badass you are today! Be the best version of YOU! The YOU that absolutely no one else can be! Think about how bad ass that is! One of one!
You matter bud, and so do the other guys that commented. My issue is I'm always rushing myself and putting unrealistic time frames in place that I can't meet. So I constantly feel like I'm behind where I should be and haven't gotten enough done. I'm getting better at managing that, it's a daily task learning how to use your brain right😂😂
I agree, Tony is amazing wealth of knowledge/ideas but I do wish he'd let Theo talk more,,,, he keeps interrupting at times. He needs to work on his listening skills. We learn the most by listening. But all in all great video. Came for few minutes over hour and half in.. learning quite abit. Tony's mastered the " humble brag"
"Stack the good, stop the old story... remind yourself that it's bullshit to focus on anything other then what you accomplished today and what tomorrow will bring to the stack of goodness you are building.... this resonates with me.... progress is when you realize you are handling a situation better then your old self❤
My therapist sent me this video and holy f. I have never been able to really express how I felt till I saw this. Thank you for being so raw and real!!!!
Pulled my phone out to use apple pay while paying for gas and saw this notification on my Lock Screen. It literally made me gasp from excitement. I cannot wait to watch this.
I am a disabled vet and I gave into self pity hard. Drinking half a fifth a day for 4 years, nicotine, chewing, vaping, zen, smoking weed to "comfort the pain inside and out. Now I am just down to smoking weed, and it's hard to quit! Maybe because I feel it's something familiar like Tony said. Self worth is very hard too, everyday can be growth but damn it's hard!! Sometimes I feel like weed keeps me alive when it's the opposite, its make me numb. When I quit it feels so good, but why do I go back its nuts!! Hitting that threshold, and jumping through the hole. Thats what I have told people, dont pick a day to quit, you will know when it's time but you have to actually do it. It's so hard, but find it. Also, switching to a flip phone is 2023 was the best dissuasion I made, besides going with out it for 30 days. But 4 years SOBER from BOOZE BITCH! Thank the Lord. Every time I see Tony I think of jack back, those banana hands ! hahah Omgsh
I just want to thank Theo for just being Theo. Such a great guy , I’m regularly surprised by some of the things he says , He’s very funny but also has some profoundly insightful things to say. Very rare individual Thank you Theo
Tony Robbins is a legend! He just oozes positivity & after all these years of hard work he could easily hang his hat up & be like “I’m done. I’m off to the Bahamas”. Yet he is still helping people to change their lives! So much respect for Tony, there will never be another. ❤️
41:40 “it almost seems like you’re just wandering around in the dark without even realizing that there’s wiring in the walls.” Theo hits me with a golden nugget of wisdom again and somehow it shocks me every time
"If mom and had not [abused me], I would not be the man I am today". The power of that statement and confidence by which he delivers is it so massive, it's like the power of the sun. He's able to hug his mother, give her all of his love with zero grudge, completely owning his own life and taking the broken bits he was given and being able to truly form gratitude for that pain with so blame, just love. It's an level of evolution of the mind we all so desperately need, but few will get to.
Man.... hearing the stuff you don't know that you needed just hits differently. This resonated so much in my life. Thank you, theo, for your conversations and your openness. Seeing you doing what you're doing knowing about your past is straight inspiration.
I needed this so much at this exact moment in my life at 28. Not only as validation for my own thoughts of what I need to make real change. And I’m sure the same for many other listeners. This may very well be a life-changing watch for me, thank you both.
I'm old enough to tell you that Tony robbins is multi million dollar business. You don't need him to head in to your thirties. You got this. Be kind to yourself and others. Done.
27/28 are such tough ages. I’m 35/36, just know you will be mostly the same person when you turn 30 and that’s a good thing! Any changes you want to make you’re perfectly capable of making them now. Focus only on making today better than yesterday and your life will flourish before you know it
Honestly. Tony just answered a huge question i didnt know i had. My whole childhood life i was told I'm super smart all the time. Playing baseball, i was told i waa the best pitcher or catcher...even when i wasnt playing. I kinda thought to myself "ok? Cool. But what makes me the best?" Now im 24 with no confidence and super low "self-esteem". Im trying but man is it hard to rewire my brain to do things to make myself proud of myself and make me believe in myself. Thank you for this Tony
Haha I feel that! I was always getting straight As and was one of the best on my sports teams without trying. It’s just how I was born but now I’m like why can’t I feel good about myself?
Tony Robbins has always given me Hope and Direction when I needed it most. I struggled as a single Mom and got through many of those times by listening to his tapes or reading one of his books; even though I was an addict and still using. Eventually, I walked into an NA meeting and my life is beyond what I could have ever thought. So, listening to two of my favorite men encourage each other and the world, makes me Grateful to be here to listen. I have had the honor if meeting Theo, maybe one day it will be Tony. Thank you @TheoVon @TonyRobbins
Have you ever been in tony event .. after this I'm thinking ... I was just worried it's all woo woo ..but this hearing tony here he sounds grounded and actually alright
The collab we didn't know we needed. Way to kick off 2024 with a bang Theo. Tony Robbins is an absolute game changer his book Awaken The Giant Within changed my life and is actually a massive reason why my channel even exists. Thank you Tony and thank you Theo for being such a great host.
I remember being angry with myself for feeling grateful after putting my dog down. I gave him a steak and lots of cuddles and held him until he left. I remember the full moon in the sky giving every cloud in sight a silver lining. I was so grateful to be able to be there with him, yet so angry that I lost my best friend.
This conversation is priceless its like Theo paid for a one on one and we got to be apart of it. But he was using himself for all of us.. Tony is the literal GOAT. This content can change lives. Thank you Theo and Tony! Fire work here.
Brother, all anyone that watches you wants to see you smile. We love you and appreciate everything you do. Keep on doing you and bettering yourself. I'm living through you to better myself everyday. Shit's hard but I'm taking notes on this one. You're asking all the questions that I need and I'm sure a lot of other people want to ask. Thank you theo
I'm not sure why I never listened to Tony but this has saved my life. Seeing you open up was real and made me realize it's ok to let it out. I'm seeing a therapist now to work through my issues and not keep it buried. Thank you Theo.
I went from a loser popping in and out of jail to a married devout family man who owns his own chalet (on his own mountain!), simply because I read one of Mr Robbins books (several times). I took his advice seriously, and turned my life around 100% and I have to give the man 100% credit. Awaken the Giant Within. Good read.
The way I can helped my “emotional home” which is normally the child version of me. Instead of framing as if I’m leaving them. I say, “I’m Doing this for us.” “Or you deserved better and I’m taking us to a safer place”. This thought still Makes me cry. But in a good way. ❤
Man… listening to Tony takes me back about 20 years. It’s midnight, Im high, I’m sitting on my couch and contemplating purchasing the “Personal Power” CD box set from an infomercial on TV. I never did call that number on my screen, opting to make a toasted cheese sandwich and play Need for speed underground on my PS2 instead. ‘‘Twas a good night!
The way Theo talks about his negative emotions is evidence of what a sweet, kind, tender soul he is. It is the exact reason so many men his age are suffering, and it is so nice to see Tony sharing this new perspective with him-- and with us. Lean into it; love on your brothers.
Tony R. Helped jump start my awakening and realization that I had achieved success but was ultimately depressed and unfulfilled. What a beautiful full circle moment. Thank you Theo and Tony. 🙏🏽 ❤
Just the one simple thing changed your perspective and direction of your life... That's amazing! That's all Tony does with his "self help" strategies. People don't get what he's about and love to criticize the guy. Most people have no idea how good their life can be if they just make some minor changes in the way they see themselves, their past, present and future.
I just decided to say this out loud while watching this 'free' podcast. It is so AWESOME!!! that we are able to gain this information and insight from one of, if not the best, life coach/motivational speaker on the planet. I will never be able to afford to attend any of his many retreats. I just wanted to put out into the universe some gratitude for the wisdom these two men are sharing with us. This is going to help sOo many desperate people who might not ever hear this otherwise. ☮️
17 minutes in and I'm LOVING this episode. I'm so grateful for the drop Theo - what an insane collaboration! Tony Robbins is the real deal, he's giving us all real tools to connect with and be happy with ourselves! I wish I was in that room to be a part of this amazing and inspiring discussion. Thank you Tony and Theo
When Theo talked about the fear of letting go/betraying his self doubt and negative self talk…. Holy fuck… I resonated deeply. It caught me off guard because I’ve never thought of it like that. Immediately when he brought it up, I felt there with him, and I was shocked at how TR responded with empathy AND tools. Listening to them talk through that, it made me feel like I was walking through my own situation and resonating with every word and exercise❤ Theo Von, I thank you with such a deep thankfulness that you use your platform the way you do!
I haven't finished the podcast just yet Theo, but I want to congratulate you on getting off of Lexapro. I used to take it during a down spell I had. I ended up weaning from it. This past holiday season I started getting the tightness in my chest, and anxiety and depression. I went to my doctor and he gave me a prescription for Lexapro again. This time though I told myself I would wait a few days to take it. Then I noticed though I was still dealing with stuff, I could actually accept times like that pass. I was able to get through the holidays prescription free! And now I am at the gym and eating clean and there is a noticeable difference in how I feel. Praying for the best on your journey friend 😊❤️
Honestly, to have a in depth interview with Tony would be beneficial for mental health for anybody. I'm glad Theo got him on. I'm sure we all learned a thing or two.
Theo, You are not ugly in any sense of the word. You've helped me so much since finding your channel. I relate to you so much, you're like a best friend I've never met. Keep being you. You got this. Love ya.
I love Theo. As a woman it is so inspiring & moving how open & honest he is about his own story, feelings & emotional challenges. His emotional honesty is an authentic & courageous way to engage with his audience & shows him as a successful relatable male role model who is just as complex & evolving as we all are. I hope he recognises just how much this will be helping so many other men out there to become emotionally open, vulnerable & honest in their own lives. The way this will benefit individuals & their relationships - current & future - is limitless.
Theo you are so honest and simply adorable. So adorable, one might miss the fact that you are helping save our young men. Many true heroes are emerging and you are one of them. Both my adult sons love you, so thank you thank you thank you❤
Theo is taking over!! These are podcasts heartfelt and meaningful even if Theo is fighting his demons he still has these amazing guests! Not just the typical person who just comes on shows just to promote something
"What's Hard Becomes Easy After a while!" I wrote this on my mirror to remind myself of this quote. And to keep doing the hard work, even though it is hard. Because after awhile it will become easy!
Hands down the best Tony Robbins I've ever seen/heard. Theo, please take him up on his offer to be his guest at an event...would love to hear your journey and transformation (I'd kill to be invited to be at one of his events in person; must be so amazing. Someday if I'm lucky)
Theo I don't know if you will see this, but you helped me so much this year. I have been very sick for seven years and except for going to hospital I haven't been anywhere but in a bed. This year was especially dark, because I lost the last of my money from my house and car and not even a little better yet, however you made me laugh so much. That is one of the things I am so grateful for.Thank you so much, you are a blessing! PS I think you are really handsome too. Much love from South Africa
I just completed Tony's 4 day "UPW" or "Unleashing the Power Within" workshop in November and it completely changed my outlook on everything. Eternally thankful for the value that Tony brings to everyone he works with. Immediately said "fuck yes" under my breath when I saw this episode uploaded this morning.
“Time to Rise” changed my life. I was at work watching/listening. All of Tony’s videos, old and newer have changed my life. I want/hope to be able to go to a live seminar. Jim Rohn was also BIG in my life too. Theo also has changed my life. These men, along with others in my personal life have played a major part and influence on me. I am forever grateful.
I’m halfway through the interview and had to stop just to say that I’m feeling happiness listening to Tony speaking with Theo!!! I’m being reminded of the importance of stacking! I was one of those who did Tony’s first ever virtual seminars in 2020 and it helped me TREMENDOUSLY! I will honestly say that it lasted for quite some time but I didn’t continue stacking. I’m so grateful to Tony and getting chills watching this 😊🫶🏼 Also, Theo you’re awesome!!
I did the virtual too and you are right, you got to keep stacking. I think the free time to rise summit he is doing this week would be good to do as a refresher.👍👍
Glad Tony came on for some life advice from Theo

Theo is killin it lately with this line up.
No kidding !!!
Agreed! Granted, I'm always ready for a "normal" person interview.
Agreed! It used to be Gianni Paolo, I wonder if it’s still him in any way or someone new
An amazing job at getting guests tied to Epstein Island…c’mon. Would rather listen to a local that Theo genuinely likes and wants to platform instead.

@@arlen1630What an unbelievably crass question.
Oh I felt pain when I read it and I'm a stranger to you all. 😒
Been a fan of Tony for a long time, you are spot on friend. His best interview I’ve ever heard
agreed!
It's advisable to go for an experience except when seeking to invest in the crypto market
It's very obvious that forex and crypto trading is one of the profitable money exchange services that elevates investors and their financial status.
If you really want to succeed you definitely need an expert like Joy Philips
Joy Philips special strategy is in her realistic approach and that’s sets her far above other brokers who sets outrageous targets and fails to get it.
She's really a good investment advisor. I was privileged to attend some of her seminars. That was how I started my crypto investment 👏
Well said
Joe Dispenza and Eckhart Tolle are my 2 go to’s where it concerns rewiring my thought process and patterns.
It's all about therapy my friend. Tony uses a LOT of psychology on his work
Your brain is made of tissue, not wires.
Never really reply to anything but I highly recommend the book the brain that changed itself.
My heart broke and my eyes welled up when he said “ugly”….
I think you are a beautiful man, Theo! Inside and out!
I have super bad facial dysmorphia so i appreciate theo's honesty
Theo is very attractive, and his sense of humor really sweetens the pot too. I've always thought his face seems very familiar, and that feeling puts you at ease. Makes it feel like he's a dear old friend you haven't seen in a long time.

Yeah that hit home for me, too. I felt for him & myself when he said that.

There is absolutely so much jam packed into this episode. This is pure gold. Truly appreciative and humbled by these two gentlemen.
