    I've seen more of your videos and they are awesome!!! I also enjoy the music you select for them as well. I'm going to buy the Marl IV when it becomes available. Thanks for replying to my questions.

    I really like this format of realtime interchanging with timelapses, makes a great mix and allows you to sample the atmosphere a bit more than a pure timelapse. And as always great choice in music d-fish!

    What's crazy about this is that it looks as good as your Nokton 25mm .95 video in the same place. Well at least on youtube it does. Interesting!

    Very nice! For this camera, do you normally overexpose by two stops when recording or normal exposure for the color correcting purposes?

      first RX100?
      You should buy Tempus ALL Mechanical Time-Lapse if you have the budget. The only other way continuous shooting.It requires that you hold down the shutter release button.You need rubber bands or clothespins. I used Vixen cable release bracket.This tool is only used to hold down the shutter release button. ND400 filter and filter adapter are required in the daytime. you will need Sony VFA-49R1 or Carry Speed MagFilter Threaded Adapter Ring or Lensmate RX100 Quick-Change Adapter Kit.

    Wow. Very inspiring video!
    And it looks like a pretty good low light performance for a P&S camera! Did you shoot using the new XAVC S codec? And how high was the ISO setting!
    Thank you!

    • @darwinfish105
      @darwinfish105  10 років тому

      I used XAVC S.ISO was probably below ISO800.

    It was strange how during the timelapse, there was no background/city noise. Either have it on or off, but keep it consistent through out the whole thing. Otherwise, great!

      Usually timelapses are just a series of photographs taken at intervals and then stitched together afterward with software, which means the camera is just taking pictures and isn't recording background sound. Sometimes cameras have timelapse modes where the camera just records lower resolution video at a high framerate and then speeds it up to give the effect of a timelapse. But based on the quality of this timelapse, I'm pretty sure that's not the case with the rx100iii. I hope that helps! Whether or not the sound is consistent in his videos, I think that darwinfish105 is probably the best or one of the best timelapse shooters on youtube and vimeo. Another great video!

      That was not what I was talking about. It's the general ambience/background noise. You can get a plate from other part of the clip and use it for the timelapse. Or don't include ambience at all. Consistency.

      上野の撮影ではシャープネスを-3、今回は試しにシャープネスをデフォルトの0のまま撮ってます。前回の上野の時にはあまり目立たなかったので、やはりシャープネスを下げて撮影し、編集時に好みに応じて調整する方がいい結果になると思います。

      なるほど、シャープネスを下げることで抑えられるんですね。今日ヨドバシでRX100M3見てきましたが、あの何でも入り感がいいですね。パナにもほしいなぁ。
