Hi i have tried the base 19 speaker sound system and it was so good one of the best i tried but haven’t tried the 36 speaker one do you think the difference is so big that its worth the upgrade??
Thanks for the question. That is really a personal opinion. Personally I like the 36 speaker system better but I also like surround sound, If you prefer stereo, then I’d stick with the base system. Thanks for watching!

Great video, I have a 2022 cadillac escalade sport platinum. I fill the truck up with Premium gas and the gauge inside the vehicle, mile to empty never goes more than 220 miles under the line from E to F. Can you please explain that to me for I am feeling something is really wrong with my truck.
Could be a sensor in the tank, evaporator canister, or other issues that the dealer will need to diagnose for you

Not bad, not bad at all. The HUD movement was of interest to me, now I can raise the seat and adjust the HUD accordingly. Now I got look for how to work rear entertainment system. One problem is my iPhone has latest updates and seems to have glitch in connecting automatically to WIFI. I ALWAYS need to go into my iphones settings to wifi, no changes, and back out to get wifi on the car. Something about apply play and iphone doesn't work at same ...but not really sure what the problem is.

HELP! I can't get my Firestick to connect to the rear entertainment system. Is this no longer available in 2022? I know the features changed but it says "Connect HDMI" I am just not sure how to connect? I have all power on and the fire stick is plugged in in the back?

Well I can tell you you’re not the only one experiencing this issue. Most have seemed to resolve it by having the dealer do some updates. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
In a 2022 Cadillac Escalade ESV Premium Luxury - can the rear media system be controlled from the front? I don’t see the same “rear media” app. Is this an app that can be added?
Thanks for the question. Technically speaking the app should be there, however GM experienced a chip shortage and actually discontinued the rear entertainment system completely. My guess is that you got one that for one reason or another is missing a chip that would provide that feature. You could try to restore the infotainment system to its default settings to see if that brings back the app but chances are it will not (you will also lose and programmed stations as well as driver profiles I believe). Thank you for that detailed review! I have 2 questions:
1. is there a way to maximize the screen when in apple or android mode on the right screen? I noticed on my older 2021 model the google maps navigation shows up on both screens. With the 2023, it shows up on the right and the left screen is just a map of where you are, but doesnt actively link the navigation from the right screen.
2. My 2023 escalade sport has the parking assist features, but for some reason the guidance lines when parking are greyed out under the camera option (cant select them). Any idea how to turn those back on?
Thanks for the question. To my knowledge you can’t expand the apple CarPlay window, what you see is what you get. In terms of your guidelines when parking, they are possibly turned off. To make sure there on, click on the camera icon on the infotainment screen, then on the left side about 4 or 5 buttons down, there’s a button with a line under it, click it to make sure your guidelines are on. @@TwoGuysandaRide I saw that one. That is a GMC Yukon Denali though. Also it’s a 2021 like you said. But in 2022 they removed tons of features, if not every single one from the rear seat entertainment so I wanted to see what that button did on the 2022 versions. Thanks though, nice videos!

Is there a way to dim the infotainment screen at night?
Thanks for the question. To adjust the brightness of the infotainment screen go to settings, display, and then click on radio display. There you should an option to change the brightness manually or auto or Day or Night. Day is always brighter and night is always darker, auto will adjust it automatically. Thanks for watching!
Is there anyway to turn off the LTE in the vehicle?

Great video! Do you know if there's a way to have the surround camera automatically come up whenever the vehicle speed drops under 5mph? Like when you're pulling into the garage or a parking spot. Thanks!
Thanks for the compliment! The front camera will come on automatically at speeds of 6mph or less if the front park assist system detects an object a foot or less away. You can also manually turn on the front camera just by being in any forward gear and pressing the camera icon. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!

@@sueprow8563 it’s one of the icons in the infotainment screen but it may be on page 2 or 3 of the icons so you may need to swipe over to see it. If you want it on the first page of icons just click and hold the icon for about 3 seconds the drag it to the left edge and hold it there until your infotainment screen is back to the first page of icons then let it go. When I approach a parking spot I quickly shift gear to reverse and back to drive and the front camera turns on. Just a shortcut. Hope that helps.
So why is it that GM doesn't display the SiriusXM channel LOGOS for each of the stations! All they ever display is " SiriusXM " when selecting a channel...other vehicle manufacturers display the SiriusXM channel logos!!! WHY?!?!?!

My parking sensors are not working can’t find a way to turn on
Thanks for the question. Be aware that because of the chip shortage, you may not have parking sensors. Check with your local dealer. If you do have them, they can be turned off or on by clicking on the settings icon in the infotainment screen, then click on vehicle. Scroll around until you see Collision/Detection Systems and click on it. Now look for Parking Assist and click on it. Here is where you will be able to turn them off or on. Thanks for watching!
Why isn’t any of the apps in color. Looks boring and basic
Thanks for the question. I’m guessing that was the design teams choice. Although, in person the lack of color didn’t bother me. The black color in OLED screens is so dark that it makes the icons pop out. Thanks for watching!
