actually coconut condensed milk was main ingredient for Filipino Rice cake called biko and it's incredibly delicious
So let's add some sweetened shredded cocunut ( I'd bake it a little) and macadamia nuts.

Hi Todd, my grocer only carries unsweetened condensed coconut milk or regular coconut milk. What can I use as a sweetener? The obvious choice seems like sugar, but how much if so?

Maple
Stevia
Erythritol
And more natural sweeteners they are not like putting artificial Chemicals
