Hay Cajetan, reference your section (from 8:27 to 9:11) about Speechcrafters getting Pathways Level 1 & 2 credits if they, subsequently, join a club - I have confirmation from the Education group at TI that these Pathways credits are NOT an automatic entitlement and are at the discretion of the particular club involved, since different clubs can run Speech craft sessions in a number of different ways. For example, my club runs a continuous SC programme involving six (90 min) weekly sessions, so we only have time for a 5 min prepared speech per Speechcrafter, per session. These speeches do not meet the expected time requirements for Pathways Level 1 & 2 speeches and our long standing rule is that nobody becomes a club member without doing an initial Icebreaker speech as an introduction to the rest of the club members.
