Thank you. So, if I'm understanding it correctly, I purchase it. Essentially, I own the Coordinator Content. And the 5 Attendees participants, those 5 people each own their digital manual, yes? Ah, this is very helpful. They purchase the same roughly as the Physical Manual but lose access to the material which they've purchased after 90 Days from the end of the SpeechCraft. TY very much. The Physical is still preferable then for us. People want to be able to keep what they purchased rather than lose it.
Hay Cajetan, reference your section (from 16:10 to 17:52) about Speechcrafters getting Pathways Level 1 & 2 credits if they, subsequently, join a club - I have confirmation from the Education group at TI that these Pathways credits are NOT an automatic entitlement and are at the discretion of the particular club involved, since different clubs can run Speech craft sessions in a number of different ways. For example, my club runs a continuous SC programme involving six (90 min) weekly sessions, so we only have time for a 5 min prepared speech per Speechcrafter, per session. These speeches do not meet the expected time requirements for Pathways Level 1 & 2 speeches and our long standing rule is that nobody becomes a club member without doing an initial Icebreaker speech as an introduction to the rest of the club members.
Hi Tom, Please note there is no automatic entitlement. TI Education is right. The club (specifically the VP-Ed) must take care of this during the onboarding of speechcrafters into the club as regular members. However, the part that "speeches must meet time requirements" is incorrect. Speechcraft speeches will always be shorter than regular speeches. For example, Speechcraft speeches are typically 3-5 minutes but will/can still count them towards the Pathways program. This applies to the actual Pathways speeches too. For example, if a new member does his Ice-breaker (4-5 minute speech) but stops after 3 minutes, it will still count as an Ice-breaker. Of course, individual clubs are free to define their own criteria and "fail" the speaker, but generally speaking, Toastmasters is not a pass/fail program. The exception being speech contests, but that's another story.
Enjoyed your video. Very informative. Any updates or hints that might help our club? Thanks again. Bert Copeland DTM, EH5, VC5, EC4, PM3 Springfield TN Toastmasters club 3967

Thank you for all the information you provide us!
Glad you found it useful.
This is very helpful, our Club may run a session in the near future.
Loved the detailed explanation of the same
Very helpful presentation. Thank you. Do you prefer running Speechcraft stand-alone or integrated into the routine club meetings?
