    Seriously love this technique. I just used it on my long hair. I did it in like 7 minutes! The curler in the front takes away that “ barrel look”. Beautiful beach waves!!! Fast! Thank you 🙏

    NO. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been able to curl my hair and leave the house with it curled. It always ends up looking like a rats nest in Shirley Temples hair. BUT. THIS. WORKED.

Also, in case you see this comment, could you maybe give me some pointers or let me know how you keep your blond hair so healthy looking/ no breakage, and what daily products you use? Like a leave-in conditioner, or heat protectant product?

      I used to her super oily when I would not wash my hair. The more I would just say screw it and still not wash it. This stopped happening to quickly. So the less you wash the less oil the scalp produces. Push through that 4ths day. It will subside. Then less oil permanent or unroll you start washing every day or other day again

    This may be an odd question but how do you prevent your hair from getting wet in the shower and ruining it when you have it like this?

    Omg. I have to say that I tried curling my hair like this. It was a lil tricky at first but once I got the hang of it piece of cake. Lol. I'm going to buy the 3 barrel curler but for now I just did my whole head with the curling iron. It looked soooooo cute. I didnt think it would. I have a lil longer hair then you and it still looked so cute. This will def be my new go to hair style. Cant wait to try it with the waver.

    I love the bed head waver! I got mine a few years ago and it heats up so quickly and is the only tool that my hair will hold a wave for days with no touch up! And i got this on amazon for about $15. Cant beat that!

    Amazing!! Question: I have naturally curly frizzy hair, do I need to straighten it first!? 💖

    • @JessHallock
      @JessHallock  5 років тому

      Not necessarily! Have you ever tried a boar bristle brush? A boar bristle brush does a pretty good job at smoothing out the hair. Especially if you round brush you hair with it. :) you can always try a pomade to help combat frizz

    This is the first UA-cam video I've ever followed along to to do my hair. This is the best video, love that it's real time, you explain things so well. And I'm not one to post or comment on UA-cam so for me this says something. Love how my hair turned out. I have long super thick coarse hair and I have 2/3 of the back of my head/ neck shaved and i get it thinned regularly lol! This makes.mybhair look amazing!!!

    Wait no heat protection? You said no product? I thought I had to use a protective product. I don't like a lot of product it makes my hair flat. No damage?

    I'm trying to learn how to use the clamp. So you wrap a top section, roll it, bump the clamp as you unroll it, but keep it in the barrel, then bump the clamp again as you unroll it again and so on? I'm missing the unroll part. When I try it, my hair don't slide out of it and I can't get it to let go, so I'm thinking I'm not bumping the clamp at the right time. I LOVE YOUR HAIR. I want to learn to do this. HELP. Go slow on that top part and tell when you hit the clamp as you roll and unroll, Please. Thank You

    How do you avoid getting creases !? I went and bought this today and I cannot figure out how to use it without getting a crease at the crown! Going to keep practicing and wondered if you had any advice!!!

    • @JessHallock
      @JessHallock  5 років тому +3

      Honestly the 3 barrel always creases which is why I wave everything Except the top layer where i curl :)

    So do you just wash and condition your hair before? Do use a heat protectant or anything? Thanks so much. Love your videos. I'm definitely trying this. I have the same 3 barrel.
