Threading is an ancient hair removal technique, which removes unwanted hair from around the eye brows, upper lip, chin, forehead, neck and sides of the face (full face). It allows you to shape your eyebrow precisely.
When someone else does it on you, it is a more comfortable, safe and pain free way of hair removal compared to waxing, tweezing or pluck / plucking your eyebrow. You can remove a whole line of hair in one stroke. And since no chemicals are involved, it is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. It is inexpensive and lasts longer than waxing.
Although it has all the above listed benefits, it is NOT safe to do your own eyebrows yourself if you don't have experience in threading. Make sure you gain experience on how to thread before doing this. You must have great control on the thread to be absolutely safe!

Straight to the point and the best demo of threading thus far on You tube.....and yes it definitely hurts but it's the best for facial hair removal gets the roots out proper. After a few times the hair is softer and less threading is required. Try a safe numbing cream (if there is such a thing) it's worth it.
I use orajel as a numbing agent. It works all over the face when you want to do lip or anywhere else

You are so amazing for doing this on yourself I'm sure it hurts much more! You did a great job! I still use good old fashioned tweezers only on my clients but once I master threading I'm definitely going to switch! Thx for this tutorial

You can try waxing strips at home for shaping eyebrows .much less painful

i thread my eyebrows today . i wasn't careful & i cut off some hairs in the front but it wasn't that noticeable thank god cx (im a newbie lol)

I cut pre wax strips into tiny sections and wax areas around the brow that way. It is very precise because you can cut and paste to wax off unwanted hair. Threading isn't painful when someone else does it, but the demo appears to be pulling at the delicate skin too much. Can't be good long term.

I don't like to use tweezers, but I can't get this technique so I will stay with tweezing too.
That looked painful. I think I would ask someone to help hold my brow taut. YOUCH! You have pretty eyebrows, though.

Great idea that you don't use background music. It is awful when we can not hear the instructions because the music.
If you don't have anyone to thread your eyebrows, I recommend just using tweezers first. Imo it's much less painful . Sure it takes more time but if you're inexperienced in threading I would just stick to tweezers first
