Are the wheels coated in rubber? All cleaners I tried think it is a wall, so I thought this one might be a good option. Unfortunately, there aren't that many reviews out there for it.
I got this one and used yesterday. It Really struggled with my deep end slope to the shallow end angle. Also the sloped corners of the deep end and my drains. Any recommends for Sloped pools?
Strange, it should do well on sloped pools. Have you tried it with the pool pump off? Sometimes a cleaner does better with the pump off since there is no suction. Or if you have a variable speed pump you can try it during a lower rpm.
Cleaners use use two types of "wheels" to move around. Either actual wheels with a 4 wheel drive system or Track style wheels that look kind of like tank style wheels. In general, if you have slopes greater than 15 degrees in your pool, if you have a lot of curves in your pool, 4 wheel drive systems are better. But if you have steps and ledges, anything to climb ontop of, track/tank styles are better. Hope that makes sense!
I asked them this the first time I used the cleaner and unfortunately they said that there is no ultra-fine filter for it. I wish there was. I have heard of other people using disposable skimmer socks and wrapping the debris basket with it. This creates a sort of ultra-fine filter and people have said it works but I haven't tested it myself. That might be the only optio.

thanks david. what does this compare with in your view? very confusing all the models and brands out there.
i notice it only has 1 brush and doesn't use tracks. are these drawbacks?

So mine seems pretty dumb but pool looks good 😂
Mine won’t turn on! I can’t find how to get in touch with Lydsto
sorry to hear, mine comes tomorrow. did you press and hold the on button for a few seconds? is it charged?
It needs to be in the water for it to start moving the wheels etc. Though it should show some signs of life before you put it in the pool.
