My friends from NYC flew to Nashville for a business trip and I am from Florida and brought them to Prince’s. They were more than impressed and we thanked the kitchen staff for outstanding food

True, but I was in Nashville 2 years ago, and I tried the "medium" hot chicken at a different restaurant, and that high turned into a bad trip really fast. I learned that it's just pure cayenne pepper, so it isn't even flavorful.. it's just hot. Not 1 of our country's best dishes, but it was an experience I'll never forget.
I tried a piece of Nashville Hot Chicken the extra hot out of place called scoreboards which is also in Nashville but it's more on the outskirts of the city next to a music venue that has vinyl record shows several times a year call Nashville Palace (actually it's right behind Nashville Palace) this was in February of 2022 and they gave me a free glass of milk because it was so hot, there's also a place called Prince's Louisville KY Pizza in a fancy well-to-do area of Louisville called The Highlands and they have really good hot chicken but they also have alamode milkshake which is a fried apple pie stirred up into a milkshake.@@goatitisful

The first time I went to Prince’s, it was late at night, and we had a 3 hour drive back to Alabama planned afterwards. I thought I was pretty good handling spice, so I ordered their hot option on a 1/4 chicken. It was the best worst experience of my life. Their chicken is phenomenal but I was crying, sweating, and begging that poor lady at the counter for some milk or ice cream. 10/10 experience
Something I learned once I moved to the USA, ranch is your best friend with spicy chicken. I'm not saying to eat in every bite but for a cool down but it works better than milk for me.
