Thanks for writing. I do have a vacant remodel house that is a few weeks from being done. It's 2,500 square feet 3 bed, 2.5 bath. Located in Bent Tree Golf and Country Club in Sarasota. It will need a one time cleaning to be ready for showings and photos. Please let me know what the one time clean cost would be.
Crazy disparity in home prices in this country.. this would be a $700,000 home in the Seattle area..at least

Nice but it's over priced for north port FL.
Priced right, it appraised, and I sold it very quickly at $370,000. Look it up on zillow.
How much is the house
House was listed at 379,000. It did go under contract and sell at $370,000.
