Yep. When I've got a free tenner,I get myself down to the golden arches. No cooking for me tonight
Good job Daniel.....You have style and your clients are lucky to have you .Uncle Will
"What's the price of this?"
"Its upon request"
Well... didn't you just request it?
Christian Westling - you wouldn't believe the red tape it took to get the price!
haha right. I noticed that too. Blasé salesmen
A lot of the time it simply comes down to if you have to ask you probably cant afford it
I suppose he means that a formal price request has to be submitted.
it is tourbillon watch.. worth around several hundred thousand dollar...

Whoops! He almost said, “I love you.”
I noticed that too, lmao.
*secretly hinting*
They forgot to mention that he wants a navy suit for war
Damn you beat me to it. Well played
americans : money
germans: money
italians: money
british people : muneh
Suitable for Italian suits: European men are taller and slender, because they have a long upper body and are more picky about their size. People who are too short and fat are not suitable for this suit.
Suitable for American suits: Suitable for tall and strong men, especially for obese men.
Suitable for British suits: It is not particularly picky about the body, suitable for ordinary people.

“Going incognito” aka put her in a room full of mirrors
Kylo Ren - did you recognise who she was?
Daniel Johnson Personal Styling No but someone else might, be careful next time
Kylo Ren - so you didn't figure it out? Guess the mirrors are no problem then.
Daniel Johnson Personal Styling that’s not the point. Such a “high status” (rich) person shouldn’t have the chance to be exposed. Just because I didn’t recognise her doesn’t mean that others won’t. Btw if your the guy in the video, you do a good job, but please be more careful next time
Kylo Ren - what do you mean by please be more careful?
How much is this watch?
The price is available on request
I've just requested it!!!!!!!ll
Upon request is when you want to buy it.
In the words of Rolls Royce...if you have to ask, you cannot afford.....
Well yes, you have to request the watch and get the price from the cashier
I guess what the salesman was saying is if you have to ask then you can't afford it. too rich for me.
@@mstelios4259 I didn't see a barcode on it.
everytime I hear the price my eyes roll back to another dimension in my head
Very bling bling generation
@proteusx - And what about Daniel ? Personally, after all the bitchy comments he has made on here, he is definitely a shirt-lifter.
Go buy one John Wicks suit...it's bullet proof and stylish!
Priceless!

What a great idea so awsome.
And request two- one for morning and one for night

There's a difference between tailoring for the Royal Family and tailoring for the super rich. If you're tailoring for the Royal Family you're there for the prestige and so you can say that you tailor for the Royal Family. Hence prices aren't going to be as high because you're there for your name and reputation, not for the money. If you're tailoring to a billionaire who the majority of people won't know and might be relatively incognito (like the lady in the video), there's nothing really there for your reputation so of course you're going to go for higher prices. It's like when models wear something custom by a big name designer. The model definitely isn't going to be paying the same as the customer (if they pay anything at all). It's totally believable that the prices are 10x higher than what the Royal Family pays.
@@StOrmZIsoNItZWaY What is that got to do with "unbelievable...all the best Daniel"💁♂
this is so relaxing to watch... also the client is super pleasant
This is one of those Harry Enfield "I saw you coming" sketches I hadn't seen before". So well written, you could imagine it's documentary. Although Enfield's character seemed more polite than usual.
This is the coolest job on the planet, incredibly cool, glad to hear you get to do what you love
"What price range were you looking to spend today?"
"Yes"
“We haven’t talked about price”
“Doesn’t matter”
“Ok”
Damn bruh
Soooo he just bought the first thing he was shown.
Great job
He was shown the first thing he would buy
Not only does he do his job well, he has the personality to do it. I found it very interesting when he said he has to draw himself back and not get too caught up in it. Thinking about that, it makes total sense how that can happen.
"Now we haven't talked about price"
*laughs*
Would be cool to be at that point where literally no matter how much it costs you're all good lol.
Unless it's an Iron Man suit, someone like her would just think "It's a suit, how expensive can it get?!"
right now i'm wearing 6$ pajama!
as far as i am concerned, this is the most difficult job EVER! and he was so cool when she asked which one he preferred and was so quick to point to the fabric. shit, i wish i had an ounce of confidence this guy has! 😳

A perfect way to advertise your business. Good luck to you, sir.
Informative video ! Thumbs up
“Hello, I am looking for a navy suit for work.”
Its more about the fitting and owner style than proper fabric.
This man has THE BEST job! (Apart from the job that his client does obviously!)
Hats off (yes, hats made of the finest cashmere) to you sir for doing so well.
LFCzeppelin8 - much obliged and a cracking username you have!

My favorite part is when they laugh when he mentions money. What's his percentage?
8:10 - "No issues on the boodget there?"
"No."
Have only seen this clip and you seem to truly grasp what it mans to be a proper stylist - understanding your client. Too many are far too pushy and forward trying to mold the person into what they are not or don't want. I hope to work with you once I get a few thousand more pounds to play with. I mean it haha. Cheers from the States.
TheNunakun - thanks! I totally agree, it's not about my taste or the clients, it's a mix of both
I would love to be a buyer. The idea of being a concierge is right up my alley. I love to find things people want, love to discover very special things. Who can I train under? I need a mentor.
She's a keeper...
How can you be filthy rich and not know that a man's watches is extremely dependent on his personal taste?
Besides, with regard to the person doing all the shopping, no one would buy 3 watches from the same manufacturer to match 3 different suits. It just doesn't work that way, this man needs to step up his game if he wants to improve his business
It's all an act for the camera. Dude, this guy's own brother even hates him.
Great job! I loved the rose gold JLC.
Itsalgud1 thanks, I was more attracted to the chime 😂 I personally prefer a slimmer watch but this was bang on for the clients request
This should be a tv series by itself.

Paul Harris yes, you are absolutely correct
She seems very likable
She doesn't have a seem..
Where can I find more episodes?! And Daniel, do more videos about how to build your own business like you did, what you need to have an eye on and so forth.
Hard work isnt the end all and be all. Remember consistency and humility are also helpful. Ideas and innovation all contribute.
Time and hard wotk; everything else is icing on the cake. Being there, done that.
Terrible taste on the watches. Too damn thick. Should have gone with Pateks.
Greattitan 79 - but it's not what the client specified? If someone wants something g to match you can't just slap the brand you like the most on them.
Personally I would absolutely prefer a patek, everytime. But not everyone has the same taste or requirements
Greattitan 79 Plus with that thickness you would most definitely have a hard time getting it under your cuff, not a practical piece.
like he said before its what the client wants he doesn't have much say in the matter and also LIKE HE MENTIONED people that rich want unique stuff
That's by no means terrible taste. Pretty sure he picked a tourbillon, which you can't really go wrong with. Also, Pateks are known by tons of people, but to watch collectors, it's a slightly lesser-known brand, and shows that you really know your stuff. Pateks are great too, don't get me wrong, but a Jaeger is a really good choice as well.
I would have went Lange 1 Moonphase in platinum for the platinum pinstriped suit and in white gold with the black dial for the Vicuña suit.
Where did you get your suit and overcoat in this video?
Manny Bamberg - the suit was made to measure in a linen, wool and silk blend. Coat was also made from boucle wool, fabric was made by Abraham Moons
Daniel Johnson Personal Styling Very smart suit and I am afraid to ask it's cost. I am guessing made somewhere on Savile Row. So for bespoke shoes do you recommend John Lobb? You are inspiring!
Manny Bamberg it was indeed, the coat wasn't too bad, might have done a deal on that 😂
I think if you want English shoes Lobb or Cleverly's are the go to brands. I've been looking at a Japanese chap called Yohei Fukuda - I think the quality is exceptional. There is another maker, amongst others, Baudoin Lange. All worth some investigation.
@@DanielJohnsonPersonalStyling where did you get the blended fabric for the suit? (I wasn't sure from reading the above whether Abraham Moons supplied the fabric for both suit and coat or just coat)
@@noorabd10 - the suit was from Hardy Amies, I've tried for so long to identify the maker of that cloth! Tragically that suit split a few months ago, 4 good years! But can't be mended as it's linen, wool and silk
Holy mother of all that is awesome and expensive.
Aakash M. I was a bit shocked myself 😂
Looks cool!! :D
I believe if God made you good looking even Zara would look High end on you.
Can you tell me the brand and specific model of your glasses?
hmor - they're bespoke - our own design
A very clever young man indeed !!!
You know, I would actually hate such a job. How can you be satisfied with more humble products when you encounter such luxury on a daily basis ?
2 questions:
How do you buy a bespoke suit for someone as a surprise
Why would you go shopping for a watch and then only go to Lecoultre
Easily if you have a well fitting suit. (And chances are that all of this guys suits are well fitting.) You make a suit based on measurements, then have the client come in for a series of fittings to fine tune the fit. That's how it always works anyway. They don't drape the fabric on the individual. OTOH, the client may have used this tailor on a previous trip to Britain. In that case, all of his measurements, patterns, and preferences would be on file.
@@bzzz179 Because clients don't know anything about watches either, so he's only getting stuff that will appeal to a wide audience.
"The bling bling generation"

Kronos - finally someone who gets it! Good on you, keep grafting.
+Kronos, what the fuck hard work did she do? She's spending her husband's money.

800k for Suits and some watches? Shiiit
I think it's an interesting job and sometimes very hard earned money. I envy you for the trips to savile row, these are absolute masters of their craft. And if I were a man and had the money I would let them make me a suit. Something tailored to your measurements is great and unique.
And to all these jealous people, all this spent money goes into the economy, in a bank account it would be useless and none of you know how much this people might be spending on charity. How much are you doing it you are above poverty level? Are you living on your minimum to spend the rest on the poor?
And if you can’t say that 100 Pound suit is the same as a tailored one, they might look the same to someone how has no clou but to weir something tailored to you is a very different thing.
And just for the kicks: Your 100 Pound suit has been made by poor women and children in Asia enslaved by the clothing industry, this suit definitely has been made by people how can live from what they get paid. So the savile row suit is actually morally better as the cheap one.....
And no, not alle richt people aber evil and not all normal or poor ones are good.
Good job, go get em.
he’s like an insider for the rest of us
£800,000 on 3 suits, or feeding 100,000 children. Which is better?
It's actually around 740k on the watches, with the suits around 60k
300,000 on suits since it will last longer. Meals will only last a day and poop 💩 it.
Better teach a man how to fish 🎣 than give him a fish 🐠.
Definitely £800,000 on 3 suits.
Absolutely Love the life of Excess it's a beautiful way to live!!! Capitalism and Business is a beautiful thing
Great insight into the world of luxury! Do you have plans for more uploads of similar videos were we get to follow you on your trips?
Afro Man - next year there will be some ;-)
What a great job.
11:37 What a Stupid Salesman !! Daniel asked: what’s the price ?? And He responds: The price is upon request !! SMH
Nam Nguyen Do you understand how stupid was that statement !? Let me explain you in a simple way...I ask you: How much this car cost? And you answer: I can tell you the price only if you ask !! So What I just did !? 🤔 He was supposed to say: we are not able to say the price on public.
Who is the guy who sold you the watches the owner of the boutique Daniel
ricardo solis - He wasn't the owner, just a chap who helps me. Davide.
So his name is Davide
Thats Correct
Did you have to put in a request for it?
Hello! Great video and amazing sense of style! Wondering where you got that grey windowpane suit from! Would love to buy one!
Justin Skariah - thanks! it's a few years old now! From Hardy Amies, the cloth is a linen, silk and wool blend but I'm not sure which mill it came from, good luck :D
I knew you were from the North by your accent! Love it...this is really inspiring, man. I do the same for my friends, and hopefully I can go further with it. People saying this isn't hard work are full of it. The wealthy are VERY particular and it's high pressure stuff you have to deal with. I wish you all the luck!
Achilles Petreas - Great work. I think the hate stems from jealousy, I admit, it's testing being in an environment where you're constantly the poor relation. You can either let that get the better of you, or make a better version of you.
WTF...
I would NEVER offload the experience of buying my watches to someone else... unless I have a specific model I want. This is ludicrous.
Fool and his money...
That watch salesman's body and facial language screams, "I'm screwing you over and I will make a nice profit on this"! Not that every salesman is not bending you backwards... but most don't make it that obvious.
Blair Kullaj - I can't say I agree, it's most likely nerves when there is a camera crew, 2 PR staff and the whole store watching the filming. Besides which, were not just throwing clients money away to salesmen.
In that case I will take your word for it... as long as he doesn't have the same mannerism off-camera! Nobody's perfect hahah!
Inspirational.....
Good on him, well done mate
Much appreciated
Buying presents for a high-class escort to give to her rich boyfriend, using his own money. Well, of course she's not worried about the cost.
That's disrespectful
I think the old adage 'more money than sense' definitely fits a few of these clients, i mean that suit just looked like half of the ones i own for £100. Not knocking your job but, the buyers, yeeeessshhhh.....
xneverwalkalonex - it certainly is a connoseurs choice. Some people love to spend money on art, some on holidays and so on, I think if a suit costs £100 and it works for your daily life then it has fulfilled it's purpose.
If you have a passion for clothes and want to love them then this is where we come in with suits like this in rare materials made by super skilled people.
I suppose it's a question of investment - if you spent £10,000 on a holiday that might seem crazy to someone who spends £10,000 on a suit - simply because of where value lies for the individual.
We have clients who would spend £100,000 on a holiday, but prefer an off the peg suit for £1500. The opposite will be true for other clients.
Daniel Johnson Personal Styling Never expected a reply lol. Thanks for that.. I want to say again I am in no way knocking you for what you do, must be a very interesting line of work, I also don't want to sound like I'm against all wealthy people, I'm really not, I know one or two, although they're in no way as wealthy as these people, and they're good people, My Mum is Godmother to one of their kids, I just have to roll my eyes at some of them. And having said what I said re the suits I do like to try to find things that are ever so slightly 'off centre' for myself, not as easy to do as I thought, I would like something that's just a tiny bit different even to the point where the difference might not be noticeable unless you point it out but I would know it's there, Something like a suit or shirt with a barely noticeable print on it, something sort of subtly rock n rolll like an ageing rocker might wear, cos that's what I am lol.
If you think the fabrics depicted in this video are in the slightest comparable to that of a £100 suit, you have extremely little to no knowledge about fibers and fabrics - and I'm not saying this to bash you.
The fabric for a £100 suit would normally be 100 % polyester. Polyester is a synthetic (man-made) material produced on large scale in factories everywhere around the world.
The vicuña is an animal that is endemic to western South America and only lives at high altitude in the Andes. It was endangered with extinction in the 1970s. It has the second finest wool in the world, after the Tibetan antelope. The trade in the Tibetan antelope's wool is currently banned worldwide because that wool can only be obtained after the antelope is killed and the latter has become an endangered species.
Anyway, this Wikipedia template is a good starting point if any of this is of interest to you:

Believe me the suit will not look like yours
xneverwalkalonex
I have a suit that I bought on eBay that has the label “Canali made for Bernini, Beverly Hills” which is fantastic to wear and the trousers of this double-breasted suit have wider legs than suits I’ve worn. It feels so cool to the touch and superbly comfortable. It always turns heads and I get lots of compliments. It only cost me £80. The most expensive suit jacket you tried on, looked horrible. Even if I was a billionaire, I still wouldn’t think it was worth the price. The gold-striped fabric was very nice, though. If I get a bespoke suit, I will ask that the trouser legs are the same width as my Canali’s whatever jacket style it has.
6:42 the close up of the "mystery clients" hand wearing a pendant ring...last time I checked that was reserved for chavs and not HNI
He's right. It's hard to envy people who have worked hard for their fortunes. But people who have been born with it and take it for granted, evading tax and being snobby and high-horsey are very easy to hate
