I'm proud to know that he helms the MCU and if he's guiding the ship than we are in great shape.
This is why I feel a little defensive of the dude when people attack him. Also, as Ethan Hawke just pointed out, yes, he’s incredibly powerful, and successful, but he also has used his power to lift other people up, and that alone makes him worthy of recognition and respect.
Watching this interview and I just love how much Kevin Feige really takes this stuff seriously. Yes it’s comic books and it’s larger than life characters jumping round in costumes, but he really believes in the source material and doesn’t deal with it lightly. Even though I don’t love all of the MCU films, I will always have great respect for Feige for not letting these franchises become simple toy commercials.

Majority of the views will be for Kevin Feige. He is a role model for the upcoming and future producers of cinema. He changed the game of producing films and role as a producer.
Freidell Urbina she seems like a dream producer. I once heard Jon Stewart say “clarity of vision, but flexibility of process”, and it seems like that’s exactly how she approached Roma. She gave Alfonso great freedom, while still knowing where she wanted to take the film. Wonderful job.
I like the host, and it's awesome to hear from these extraordinary producers, and they're all so personable and pleasant, but I don't find a few of these roundtables to be as insightful as they could potentially be. Some great questions were asked, in particular, the question regarding the MeToo movement. But on the average, I was hoping we would get a bit more insight into what it's like being a top Hollywood producer, in the hopes that aspiring film execs/filmmakers can learn what it takes to be just that. That said, here are a few questions I wished would've been asked so we can get better and more detailed insight into what it takes to produce these critically-acclaimed Hollywood films: 1. Where and how did you find funding for the film?/ How did you get the film greenlit? 2. What were your meetings with your specific director like? 3. What was your biggest obstacle during production/principal photography and how did you overcome it? 4. How did you become a producer? 5. What do you think makes a great producer?

@Elliepopcorn I just think screenwriters are the most interesting ones out of all of them. Producers are just the providers of the money for the most part.
@Elliepopcorn I've studied cinematography, Directing, screenwriting and pretty much have worked as all of them on multiple films and shorts. Writing to me is just a lot more interesting. Cinematography and how they build the shot is cool if only your Roger Deakins or someone who has amazing cinematography. Other than that, not really impressive. I don't mean to sound like a hardass, just my thoughts.
