I can't match your longevity, but I applaud it and share a great affection for a talent unmatched in show biz history. Eddie's ability to combine a powerful voice, sweetness of tone and incredible range is a thrilling thing.

Many thanks--have not seen much of this before. Was a fan in the 50's and then had no tv for years and let my listening to popular music dorp--except when I was out dancing cheek to cheek.
thanks again!!!! wiaiting for the rest!!!!
    ps--Dugnareedoll1 told me about this.

I have this Singing Legend video of Eddie's as well as many other shows. Nice to see it here on UA-cam. Terracite, you're the greatest! Keep bringing on the great Eddie Fisher music.

Wonderful, fantastic. Up to your usual great standards. You really have provided me with so much great viewing. As someone else said, any more Eddie Fisher you have or run across will be greatly appreciated and joyfully received.

Wasn`t just the voice which is great, There was something nasty about Fisher, unscrupulous, cruel. I sat next to him once, at a restaurant. He had come in with Connie STevens and they were seated at the table next to mine (I was having lunch) HE was FURIOUS. Furious!

Eddie wrote in his second book that he and CS fought every day that they knew one another. It was her pregnancies that kept them together. Joely Fisher reported that her mother always describes him as "delicious". I love his voice.

@@nancycowan2946 I too love his voice and his presentation. Watching some of the old `Coke Time` shows on UA-cam gives me thrill. Coca-Cola of course was a big supporter of the Nazis. So `Coke` Time resonates with another meaning. For the Nazis, cocaine or coke, to keep them going. And for the rest of us Coca-Cola. Still shouldn`t be but I am a fan of the product.
Eddie Fisher was disabled being a Jew. He always said he was despised by the antisemite columnists. I always believed he exaggerated until I saw him on `What`s My Line` where Dorothy Kilgallen purposefully misses guessing right and accuses him of being Vic Damone!
He was just as cute as James Darren or Frankie Avalon. Actually cuter. But he had no chance.
The Jewish boys who got ahead hadn`t half the charm of looks ie Tony Curtis, others.

GTF OFF OF MY SCREEN, YOUR DISLOYALTY TO Debbie was just pure evil. She did not deserve that mental abuse from you or The Lizzard

Probably going to get some abuse but he didn't have much of a voice at all - especially compared to real singers like Frank Sinatra
