Who is the actual manufacturer of the TV, TCL?

Two issues I'm wondering, one is the overheating alerts that I've been getting, and the second is these quick blackouts, where the show/movie is still playing but the screen goes black for a second. Those are two issues I've been experiencing with my two Roku sticks.

Blooming and Haloing are the same exact thing.
Any display that has local dimming will have blooming no matter what. It's the nature of local dimming.

There's NOTHING expert about Roku streaming devices.
They're so locked down with minimal settings to tweak.
