I have 2008 toyota corolla, since changed the battery my security light keeps flashing, it not let the car start. I did 33 minutes wire procedure with 4 and 13 but car doesn't start. I don't know what else I would do.
What did you end up doing? My car's '06 Avalon is stuck 30 miles away with the same issue. I haven't tried this video's method yet but I'm trying to learn as many tricks as I can before driving there and trying to get it to start.
@ Ended up being the break sensor, under the break pedal. I highly advise changing one yourself. It's happened twice now. We paid $300 for a garage to fix it. The 2nd time we bought the part for $30 and it took 15 minutes to change.
I think what you trying to say is make a jump wire between Pin 4 and 13 Teen when that's done ,have the ignition in the off mode and insert the wire into those slot's and then turn the ignition on but do not start the Engine. Now leave the jump wire in for 30+ Mins when the 30 to 40 mins is up turn the Ignition to the Off and pull the jump wire Out and then start the Engine to see if the fix has worked. Yw lol
How do I know which pin is which in my particular vehicle? Are they all the same? In another video a guy said this same thing (In a much better manner) and he said "4 and 13" but I've seen different people call different positions 4 and 13 😐
@@HiptonismHD The Answer i gave was to the Toyota he was doing and NOT a overall answer to Every Car or Truck , but what i will say to you is that you need to Look at what Brand of Car or Truck you have and look up to see if there is a same type of fix for it OBD 2 PLUG IS what you will need to find and the pin locations as there not all the same for EVERY Make. lol.
I have 2008 toyota corolla, my car's security light keeps flashing, and it doesn't let the car get started. I did the 30-minute with wire number 4 and 13 after 34 minutes gone but could not start. I don't know what I do.
Ever figure it out? I replaced the cylinder lock and have a new key and im trying this rn i tried relearning the key to no avail myane ill try again but someone else said they had to do this after programing the key @maqsoodahmed3192
3:47 halfway thru the video and I am already channeling my inner Chris Farley “FOR THE LOVE OF GOD just say what to do or STFU”
Thanks man but dang dude you could have said that in 2 mins.❤
you talk too much. go to the point. this should be a simple and straight to the point video.
Seriously 😂
Honestly 😂
I agree
Take a shot every time he says ECU LMAO 🤣
1:59 white girl wasted😂😂😂
😂
😂😂😂💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 this comment is better than the video.
Nooo😂
😂😂😂 I'd be so sloshed! LOL!
So you turn it back on with the PAPER CLIP in place?
Why do you keep revving the engine?
Greetings thanks appreciate! Can this work on an 07 sienna to reset the ecu system please?
Do you pull the clip out
how about more explaining and less talking, your video didn't help, it put me to sleep.
Can this work with the same ECU when the can is in anti Theft system where the remote has some issues?
had to watch this video in 2xs speed and it sounded like you were talking at normal speed….
Difficult to fallow and understand sorry not helpful 👎 here's the deal I'll save this for a bedtime storytime
100% agree
So you leave the paper clip in for 30 mins with the car turned on ??
Too much BS, go to the point man.
Bloody hell.
You could have done this in 2 minutes and when do you remove the paperclip?
it works on a toyota camry 2018?
Push start smart key system? Wondering on 2019 Corolla push start work?
I just started to think about my first X in Highschool
I maybe stupid but where are the pinouts on a 96 Avalon the only one I can find is in trunk and only has 12 can someone help me out?
I suggest writing a script before filming the video. It took to long to head to the main point.
You don't make any sense ! Talk to much !
So if you get a new ECU, do you need to reset the transponder key?
I fixed my issue
You don't need to do all that, just connect the negative and positive poles of the battery and stick them together for 15 to 30 seconds and that's it.
Please don't listen to him
Gt to the point!
Before turning on . Do I have to remove the clips ?
cmon spit it out

Bro what’s with you
You didn't say where the hell? The ECU is?
Depends on the model & year of your vehicle. Some model/years have a split ECU & Key transponder controller, some have only one box.
This doesn’t work on a 2007 corolla CE
Drag it out much no point
Get to the title or the video JC got off on whole other shit
Waited through the whole video for you to get to the point, then when you did, I still didn't understand wtf you're talking about.
After 30 minutes
🤦♀️
Your jumping the chassis ground to nothing. Waste of time
Bro what are we doing here I wasted a lifetime and still my car not turning on
