I have disabled the WiFi and the Hotspot on our mixer to help solve this problem but the hotspot continues to send out it's SSID and the WiFi blue light remains lit. I've tried reseting the mixer but this hasn't helped. When you disable the hotspot and WiFi, does ther blue wifi light remain lit for you? And does it still broadcast its SSID? I think the light stays on. I'll be turning the unit on tomorrow so I'll check. I'll also look for the SSID.

@@richardlaughton7802 The blue light is on, but neither my phone or tablet is showing any SSID for the unit. That one is a mystery to me. Good luck.
@UsingSCUI16 Thank you for checking. It may be worth me trying a full reset as just resetting the connection settings didn't help.
