Nemanja & Paola - Tarraxinha Workshop - Faith Connect Festival 2023

Tarraxinha focuses on advanced basics instead of increasing the amount of advanced moves, which is far more difficult and needs more time, training and patience to achieve.
When a dancer reaches that level of body & mind & heart union, never experienced before layers of connection appear which takes the couple through a star gate of dream like possibilities.
This approach requires the dancer to also practice inner emotional and energetic openness which often these days is bypassed by hyper amplification of tricks and external focus.
Yet, if one decides to walk this path and the high level basics are integrated, the advanced techniques become a true advanced level with proper form and execution, where connection is always present and never compromised.
Dancing then becomes,
the highest form of meditation.

This is what I was looking for, when I exlored Tango, Zouk and Kizomba. Where would you go to, to take a deep dive for an extended time, learn it from scratch? Are there larger communities with frequent events?

Tarraxinha specifically, there aren't really community gatherings for that.
Also rarely someone teaches it properly.
I am one of them so you can for now learn on online from or on festivals, so for now online, check my channel as I got 2 videos about Tarraxinha basics. Hope it helps.
