Malika Tirolien, fanm vayan, ou ka rann nou fyè. Mèsi! Kontinyé travay-la èvè sé mizisyen a gwo mòdan-la. Ban nou mizik pou tann é konprann. On pil lanmou sòti Gwadloup... Malika Tirolien, strong woman, you make us proud. Thank you! Continue working with the high-flying musicians. Offer us music without limits. A lot of love from Guadeloupe...
Where do I start? I haven't had this album long. Maison En Feu is my favorite at the moment, with Réparasyon being a close second. At 4:18, that "downshift" kicks hard. At 6:40, notice the metropole's "Flowing water sounds" plus Malika's vocalizer; OMG! this combination breaks me down. That super beautiful french horn player (couldn't help it, I had to go there) and Malika's dancing is a delight! When she starts her "ending message," something inside me breaks down even more. She could be cursing me out, and I would still love it! Finally, they ended on a beautiful and powerful bass pedal note (You won't get this on the album :-( ). The more I listen to this, the more I love it. I was scared I might not like this, but it's a Metropole/Michael League project. When I saw those two heavy hitters, I had no choice. It's state law. I looked it up, "If it's League and Metropole - You HAVE to buy it!" I haven't been able to put the CD down. I'm sorry; I didn't mean this comment to run so long.
That Intro sounded a bit like "Wayfaring Stranger" to me. If that was Roosevelt Collier's deliberate choice, it was a good one. Apart from that, just magic!
how can't we reconize Michael League's creativity linked to amazing musiciens and singer! what a journey !
Tout est magnifique à écouter et à voir. Bravo 🎉

This is the essence of modern music, all music. So moving! It empowered my day!

*Watch Out, Florida!* Roosevelt comin' to Knock You Out!!!!!!
Something about the name *Collier* that imparts an Immense Musical Gift? 'Coz both Roosevelt and *Jacob* have some intense spirit in common.

This is a truly great song and has a strong Four Sticks (Led Zeppelin) vibe.

Is that Robert Randolph on the guitar?
Cleverly managed to get the max out of fret-less instruments.
