Thanks so much for this video, it really helped jog my memory. I once knew how to braid many different ways but like everything else if you don’t use it you’ll lose it. I’d like to see a video showing underbraids. I think thats what they’re called, maybe they’re called under cornrows. Either way I’d love to see a tutorial on those. I can’t remember how to do them for the life of me.

I have been unsuccessful with the method where you place the hair over the middle and right section of hair so I'm definitely going to try your way tomorrow and if I still can't get it then lord help me y'all. 😂😂😂 I have two teens and I can't afford to pay a car note to get their hair braided. I hope I can do their hair for school next week using this method.

When people ask me where I learned how to braid, I tell them you taught me! I recommend your channel often and I've recommended it for years now.
I've began working with a Cosmetologist recently and I get lost in the terminology. "Bricklaying" was not a term I expected to hear in reference to hair. I had an idea of what it meant (because brick laying is easy to picture in the mind), but never bothered to research it.
My "aha moment" was watching this video and learning what "bricklaying" was referencing. I always did wonder how people added colored extensions to their hair as well. I figured there was magic involved that I just wasn't privy to! It's much more simple and logistical than I ever worked out in my mind.
Hope you are happy and well Linwood. You deserve all the good things man.

This was a great tutorial. Thank you for this cause I've been wanting to do knotless braids on my daughter for a while now, but I've been nervous. I just did my brothers hair for his wedding this past weekend, and after watching this, I know now why it took me so long. Plus, it was my first time adding hair to his cornrows.

You are an amazing teacher. I totally understand how to do it now. My aha moment was being able to see exactly where you place the added hair to the braid. I have been looking at so many tutorials, but this was the one! You went slow enough for me to understand. Thank you Lenwood!

Thank you so much for these videos! I have two daughters and myself and have been trying to learn how to add extensions as protective styles - my daughters have 4C hair. Your videos have been an AMAZING help and cut down my need for salons which is absolutely cost effective for my family! Thank you again Sir, you are AMAZING 🤎
