Hey Glamfam! I hope this video proves to be helpful for everyone who is looking to learn how to do knotless box braids, especially if you are a visual learner. Until next time GlamFam, take care, God bless, and stay glam! (By the way, you can seal the ends by dipping them in hot water, or rolling and dipping them in hot water, etc.)

@@GetGlamFamlove this. I just found your channel and I’m so glad I did! I’ve tried other ppls tutorials and I always end up braiding something like this, but instead of adding it across the middle I’ve been adding it on one side. This is better! Can you please show this on your own head? Maybe in the back and middle with this method and how it can be tight on the scalp. Mine end up loose sometimes and look old sooner and also slide😢. Your videos are the best! ❤

The is so helpful! I made my 1st attempt at box braiding ... 😜 Needless to say it was definitely an experience. Though the traditional knotted braid seems easier, I'd like to give this one a try. But I have a question, rather a concern. I'm transitioning from relaxed hair to natural and have been doing a great job keeping my hair healthy and moisturized. I don't use any heat. I noticed you mention blowing out the hair. Is it possible to do these on my wash day?

I know this video is old but I’ve just watched your entire visual learner series and I’d like to try this next week. In one of your other videos I believe you had mentioned that certain braiding hair needs to be treated in some way to remove chemicals, but the brand you use is hypoallergenic and doesn’t need to be pre-washed to get the chemicals off? Do you happen to know if the brand you were referring to is the one you use in this? I can’t seem to find anything that says “hypoallergenic” specifically.

Great tutorial as always! Quick question though. My 9 yr old’s skin breaks out while I’m using the same products that I have always used for years. Not an allergic reaction though. I did some research and found out that oil build up on our faces happens frequently bc of the oily hair products we use. We started a 2x a day routine of cleansing with a Neutrogena product that works amazingly well with a moisturizer. I wash her hair about 3x a week w/o braids. Her skin is back to normal beauty! Here’s my question for you. Are there any hair care products that you recommend that is specific for preventing acne? (If that makes sense?)
I’ve switched from olive oil, coconut based oils to flaxseed oil based products but would prefer an oil free solution and don’t use much of it.
What do you recommend? Thank you and kiss all of your ladies from us!💕💕💕

This was an excellent tutorial. I wish I had you as an educator when I was in school! You’re so clear and concise.
I think this method would work well on the jumbo knotless braids too. I’ve seen them look super tapered at the base and then this big braid hangs...a mess.
I’m not charging anything less than 400 for a full head of knotless braids this size! Go to Tina on 5th ave who’s also the local plug. You’re not ripping me off chile

This way is so much better and looks way more natural. The other tutorials I've watched showed braids that were finner at the base and got wider... In love with your channel! Keep up with the good work. :)
