I think you have to constantly maintain a level of pressure inside the bag by blowing into it, the squeezing with consistent pressure from your arm. My theory without looking anything up lol. I noticed it keeps going whenever he's inhaling so I'm assuming there is a certain amount of breath that maintains a consistent sound from the pipes.
😂 take Squidward, and give him a clarinet. Then stick another three clarinets out of his back, but they all play one continuous note, one octave apart. Those are called "drones". Tuck him under your arm, stick a hose in his ass, and blow. When you blow him up and squeeze, Squidward blows into the clarinets. But they are Scottish, so instead of a squid, they used a sheep's stomach wrapped in a kilt.
