Hi, sure I will try, 550 is a bit tougher because they were mostly sold in the US, here in Europe is usually 500 but still hard to get one for a review
I know you have driven both W221 and W222, how much of a difference is there in the cars? Which one would you say is the better option on the used market?
in W222 the suspension feels more solid and there is more tech, interior is way more modern but it squeaks a lot more, especially the seats, cabin feels more cramped due to the styling, practicality of the interior is worse, but the overall feeling from the car is very similar to w221 if you don’t care about a bit older styling then the w221 is in my opinion more comfortable and better quality and also the w222 with a lot of miles is still a lot more money then a w221 in a good condition, so its all about how you look at it
@@DAILY_DRIVER interesting now you say that, I think a well optioned W221 would be good for me. I only drive my car for long distances but only 1 time a week, and if W221 is luxurious (I drive a 2011 Honda) then I will buy that instead. I hope to find w221 with adaptive cruise, pan roof, keyless start, cooled seats. Perhaps in blue with a cream interior I am surprised there is cabin squeaks in w222, I don't expect that from a flagship mercedes 😨
@@Sha-Ayo yes well the quality is going down with mercedes but that is also true about most of the brands, the w221 is definetly luxury and great comfort if you drive for longer distances, but the honda is definetly more reliable and cheaper to service so think about that, any s-class can get pretty expensive if something big goes wrong, you just have to keep that in mind before buying 🙂
@@DAILY_DRIVER yeah 👍🏽 that's good advice, I am planning to keep my Honda Jazz and get a second car, it might be a S Class - you know something for long distances. I initially wanted to get a W212 E class but the 4 cylinder diesel models OM651 is very noisy so I want to get a 6 cylinder car and I thought 🤔 a S350 would be good. But anything is better than a 2011 Honda Jazz for motorway driving

Beautifull car, are the interior ambient lights a default for the w221 or are they custom ?
No it’s not custom, the ambient lights were an optional extra originaly from mercedes in 3 colors if the original buyer chose this option
