It depends on how you choose to manifest, most people just want peace and so they manifest by changing their overall environment thru inner energy changes. To manifest specifically it is the same process except you will need to pay more attention to all that is going on within and alter your subconscious habits and thoughts to match the energy which you require to attract and that is positive energy.

If the subconscious mind that has already bean programmed with lack and negative outcomes from the womb to about 7 years old, how do we reprogram that subconscious mind?

If there is an ultimate consciousness that creates and has created all of "this" including "us" then you have to ask yourself what made "IT"? If you can accomplish anything with the law of attraction, then I should be able to cause my own death, right? I have had it with failing in this world and being treated as a failure by certain people. Perhaps suicide can be the one thing I do not fail at. I have had it with living.
