I irreparably damaged my knee and wore a leg brace for about two and a half years. Then the pain came back again and I couldn't put any weight on my foot. First step, stop watching TV, movies, and modern day music. I haven't watched TV or movies in years. Now when I hear a TV on, it makes me feel very nauseous, angry, and over all stressed. Remeber, you choose how you let them affect you. I know it's hard at first, though if you unplug I promise you will notice amazing changes happen inside you.

@@miketrevino8761 when I say unplug, I mean from sources that project a certain frequency for programming to lower vibrations in our cells. 100% of what is on TV shows, in commercials, or in the movies is controlled with certain frequencies used for programming. A lot of music is also used for programming, especially mainstream music. Some musicians are ok to listen to but not all. There are musicians and movie directors who have stated that they use a lower frequency under tone that people couldn't really notice, just to make people feel uneasy when watching the movie or listening to the songs. As far as totally unplugging from all electronic devices yes that would be best for us in some ways, though probably not going to happen for most people today. Though, it is good to spend time out in nature away from our devices, considering they all do give of EMF radiation that is not the best to be around all the time. So, as for me I have stopped watching TV, movies and stopped listening to most music. I also have went back to reading more. I am making and selling my art now. I exercise, meditate and do energy work daily. I am trying to better myself and not judge others if they choose to live different paths. Also, when I do use UA-cam I try to watch or listen to things that will either help me learn, feel better or just make me smile, so please don't judge me or call me out. As for anything out there it is up to us to feel the energies something is emitting and choose if we want to let it affect us. Here is an informative Ted talk about frequency, that you may enjoy. I heard a conspiracy theory once that in war one side put on a certain sound level and i t made the people depressed and not creative, no zest for life. I'm a sceptic, so after watching this and other videos on the subject, I created a 528Hz and 741Hz sign-wave signal on a tone generator and admittedly, within the first few moments of listening to the combined tones through a pair of headphones, I genuinely began to feel quite unwell, disorientated and was compelled to stop the tone before a migraine set in. In retrospect, sound very effectively destroyed my kidney stones and sound thankfully masks the tinnitus I relentlessly endure. We can't underestimate the power of sound and the ways it can and does effect the human body.

I had nerve pain for 10 years. It would only flare up in fall and winter. Doctors couldn't figure out why. I tried everything from acupuncture to meds. Nothing worked. I began listening to 528hrtz and it took about 2 months of listening for the pain to go away and it hasn't come back. It's been 3 years and no hint of nerve pain! This is legit!

Crazy how when I’m in a quiet room and zone out in my thoughts I hear that weird noise everyone hears but can’t explain. I remember being annoyed when it happened to me but now it’s relaxing. I just thought about when I was in Budapest over 25 years ago backpacking, and I was stopped in my tracks by a violinist at the entrance of a castle playing “air by Bach” I couldn’t stop listening, and was brought to tears. It was like I was in a trance. I had never heard music so absolutely breathtaking, and that made me feel such emotion. I tried to recreate this feeling by buying many bach cd’s but never felt the same again. To this day, I will never forget how I felt.

I have been a lifelong pianist/recording artist. Self taught 12 string guitarist. Tesla discusses 432 as one of true frequencies the great composers performed his/her works. I understood the Nazis changed that frequency to a number used today. It was designed as a “subliminal irritant” to our brain. I had my piano tuned from the norm to 432 last year...fascinating! The sound became soothing and I play FAR longer than I was before. It should be noted, the piano is at the bottom of a 3 floor stairwell, so the sound resonates “right back at me”. In short, I “feel” the difference! Perhaps other musicians have had similar experiences. It is nearly impossible to tune the 12 string to 432 as the high G string is is such a thin gauge, I fear it will snap! I am unsure about the claims on this vid, but I can attest to Tesla’s theory on 432 and the remarkable effect it has on the listener/performer.
I tried singing at 440hz and it felt laboured, when I changed to 432hz it was so much easier, no strain on my vocal chords
@Dan. Allow me help you out. When playing in a stairwell ( or underground parking or and reverberant space with hard parallel surfaces) what resonances you hear are standing waves. Basically sound goes from a source, travels at 1100 ft per second, and reflects off of hard smooth surfaces. This is why you hear echoes. It is the sound travelling, and reflecting off a surface back to you. The farther the distance for the sound to travel and return creates a longer time between echoes. This is fairly common knowledge. Standing waves have that same concept, but when the frequency of the note coincides with the size of the room, you'll get frequencies that are more prominent because they align with the reflections in the space. I bet if you stand in your stairwell and sing into a corner slowly going up in pitch, you will find certain frequencies that "come alive" or are louder. Those are resonant frequencies for that specific space. Every stairwell, garage or cave will have different dimensions and respond to frequencies accordingly. You are only fooling yourself. This is much like the feeling of riding a bicycle in a light 5 mph breeze. When you ride your bike into the wind at 10 mph, it feels like 15 mph wind against your face. When to turn around and have that wind at your back when driving 10 mph, it feels like 5 mph wind. The wind did not change speed, it's just your perception of it.

It's not about applying it directly. It's about exposing yourself to the frequency and then being in touch with your intuition. As in not taking pills that modify and stabilize your mood. Let thoughts flow through your mind while you just sit and listen. Feel your body be effected by the frequency. You don't simply listen to the sound and become enlightened. It takes time, focusing on your energy and who you are. Your cells know what to do, that's the point.

I'm a sports chiropractor and Deal with this all the time.. 2 main scenarios:
1) if your disc herniated and lost all of the fluid. Your joint space shrinks and bending backwards will feel worse, you'll find relief in a Child's pose position or side lying on the ground twists and flexing to promote increase joint space.
2) some fluid remains, back extensions like a cobra pose will provide decompression to the joint.
In either case, your body went through trauma, muscles seize, will stay sensitive etc despite the months that pass and it takes soft tissue releases and mobilization to improve it. Then you move more, hit the gym, squats, dealifts, core, walk swim etc. Key is to never stop the fitness routine🙏🏼
