- We camped on the beach in Los Barriles, Baja California Sur, Mexico and would say that it is a spot that folks either love or hate. For us, it was not our favorite beach, but not every beach we go to in Mexico can be our favorite and that’s ok. We still enjoyed trying to film jumping mobula rays, watching the kite surfers, and going to the local artisan’s market.

I always get a kick out of watching you both being so positive. The fish shots were beautiful, so many vibrant colors, and to see them in the wild is so cool. And, another positive review on the beach tent doing its job 🙂 I must say, I learn a lot about the methodical way you guys pick your campsite, and the trailer's orientation. I'm looking forward to the next video.
We've learned so much about optimal positioning for our rig in the wind to prevent the slide topper from flapping. Now we need to work out the best way for getting afternoon shade on a sunny day 😎

Hi, thanks for your question. We didn't make it to La Ventana on this trip, but have heard from others who have that people either love it or hate it. It's similar to Los Barilles, but with a different vibe.

Nice video but can you at least learn how to pronounce the name of the town in BCS. It is Los Barriles not Las Barriles.
Getting the correct pronunciation of places is something we continue to work on. Thanks for reminding us to keep practicing and learning. 2024 goals!
