I checked out your entire playlist and almost every video topic is about self concept challenges. This appears to be reality creating same. Have you tried imagining and feeling what it’s like in the wish fulfilled? I think that would give you the desired experiences to achieve fulfillment, satisfaction and relief in regular basis. When you are relaxing, this is key to fulfilling the desires you reflect regularly in many of your videos.
