@@johnb1658 Having touched upon the technical stuff, let's get into why the folks at Honda issued a recall for 248,999 vehicles produced for the 2015 through 2019 model years. According to the document attached below, the improper settings of the equipment used to manufacture the crankshaft of the J35Y6 may lead to connecting rod bearing seizure. What X7 year and engine do you recommend that will last a long time ?
B58 engine
Never ever will I own another BMW, you get to know your service department, visits monthly, no I'm not kidding, blew a head with 100 miles, that's how it started
I thought you were Serj Tankian
I have heard that before
They said anything after 2017 from BMW is a reliable engine
How's the X5 35d with a N57?
The B48 and B58 bmw engines are reliable so far..bmw is trying to redeem themselves..i guess Toyota's reliability is rubbing off on them after the supra merge...lol
What years on the RX350???
B58 ftw
BMW 6 litre V12 in my 2008 model BMW760 was the worse engine i had in any car I have owned.
Ummmm no sunroof on that BMW SUV.
Dammit, just traded in my 2022 Rx for the newest one, 2 days ago.😮
My mind has left the chat the moment I heard BMW
New Mercedes? Nope
So genesis aren’t reliable
Nope
Once they get past 100k me they start falling apart and the engines start to burn oil.. Avoid those crap boxes..👇
Never were
@@charlesjackson1700 it’s apart of Hyundai so I thought they would at least last 200k
@@Joe-hb6ek they also share some parts with Kia tho
I love the content but man im dizzy
Haha sorry about that. Thanks for the support
Sounds like this dude is trying to sell his own car lol….
Isn't it weird how this guy only talks good about foreign cars and trucks 🤔 no talk about domestic vehicles. I wonder who is paying him 😅.
AMC or Jeep has the most reliable engine said no one.
The old maybe but the new one definitely not
Not cool slapping your ring against someone else's vehicle. Like your vids though...
Thanks
BMW? What? He lost me as soon as he showed a BMW.
New Mercedes? Not any better
If its a new BMW then no thanks
Cheers
2 liter 4 cylinder with turbo is not a luxury car engine. The engine with turbo won’t live as much as ones without turbos. So after seeing that bmw in the beginning I decided not to watch any further as the video immediately smelled “waste of time”. Sorry.
PS I own 4 land rovers/range rovers with oldest being 10 years. They all combined give me less headaches than 1 amg merc. Also, more that 50% of land rovers ever produced are still driving. Which you can’t say about bmw, especially if you yourself read a whole list of bmw engine failures that “are now cured”. So my guess is you base your biased review on anecdotes, not numbers.
does'nt bmw have troubles with rod bearings?
In the v8 motors
B47>B48 bruh
Nice
Wrong,Wrong
BMW doesn't belong on a reliability list
well.....
