I LOVE this kind of workout. You fry your brain, but feel like a superhero at the end. And you get on with your day, knowing nothing else can be this hard or this evil.
Separating out the specific parts and tools for each of the seven step assembly process steps was brilliant on the part of the manufacturer. For the price, I am impressed at how sturdy this ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxvObaTzoHoHQLL4lHbJQmExHqsrZQm-f7 unit is and it does go together easily. Well, I was puzzled at first at Step 5 and maybe the instructions should mention that rail #62 needs to be tilted upwards a little to get the rail to fit into the main part #44. I like it that the rower can be stored vertically in a really small amount of space, but be forewarned that this rower is top heavy and for safety you'll need at least two bungee cords to keep the unit upright, attaching them to something; in my case to a third garage door. I have had this unit only a short time, and I will post an update once I've had it for a year. As for working your legs, I have to admit that I'm mainly rowing for upper body strength and I use other forms of exercise for leg strength (like walking fast, biking, or using a trampoline. But if you pull as far forward as possible, then you can give preference to your legs for the first 4 feet or so of travel. I also admit to not taking the two electronic connectors apart at Step 7. I simply inserted the two batteries while the other parts remained connected. By the way, there is plenty of resistance here, even in the lowest resistance settings. Kudos to Sunny Health & Fitness !
I loved this, thanks! As a full time working mom it’s hard to fit fitness in sometimes. Life gets hectic!!! Short and “sweet”, easy enough to fit in. Left me sweaty. I’d love to see more like this! Ps, beautiful little fam!
Ok did a 1 hour leg workout then finished with this little cherry!. Smashed me last one. Well..thought I did. Started 133 finished 136. Wahoo. Jelly legs. 🏖
I saw this and thought a nice 10 minute workout after a long week sounds nice. 30 seconds later my thoughts were “oh crap!”. Knocked it out and will be back for more.
say bro, another full video, with a lot of focus, dedication, that's it, I also liked the part, your baby showing up, man he is very beautiful, God bless your family and I wish you peace in your home
Shane, please have your monitor in the lower right corner of your videos. It is helpful to see what numbers your pushing out. After all it is a following along workout. Cheers and Thank you!
Noted but I don't have the wherewithal to run a 2 camera setup solo. It's why I just link to Strava so you guys can go find my results. Again, it's not about how I"m doing, it's about giving you something to follow so you can be successful for yourself, not me.
Had my doubts about the workout, being that it's only 10 min. Glad I stuck with it, I'm pouring sweat! Thanks Shane for getting me out of my comfort zone. Also, cheers to your growing family.
A new fan since Feb 2021. You've helped me lose 11lbs.! Thank you! This workout was SOOO Good!! I really enjoyed it and got a GREAT workout. Bonus: your son is so adorable! 🤗
Have not rowed so much as a meter (yet, on the wait list) but breathing is breathing and yours needs work. #1 As much as possible inhale on the drive and exhale on the recover. This lets the natural movement assist the process. #2 OPEN YOUR MOUTH! Gape that mother like you're a fish out of water. #3 Inhale through both nostrils and mouth. Cool airflow past the vessels in your nostrils helps cool your body. This takes practice. #4 Exhale only through that gaping mouth and STOP blowing your cheeks out to do it. If you are blowing your cheeks you're interfering with air flow out. Learn to push that air straight out without the cheeks blowing. I admit this also takes some doing but once you do the difference is significant.
I see your Twins cap, Shane. Do u still follow the Twins, fav team? Kenta Maeda is awesome when he’s in his groove. Thanks. (My C2 PM5 has 30 sec row/30 sec rest as one of the preprogrammed workouts, I think).

I almost didn’t get up this morning for my 4:30 row. Glad I did! Thanks Shane!
Great workout once again! The family popping in put a smile on face. Thank you Shane.
I used to hate rowing so much with a passion but after watching your rowing technique videos, I’m now hooked.
Thank you for this!
Great video! Adds that something that most of us forget is so important to keep improving. How about a short video on "Rower's elbow"?
Killer row after 10 min kettle bell swing/squat. Now to finish with a mile run! Wooooooo
I got a great workout watching! Wow!

Awesome! Exactly what I needed. What's a good pace for the warm-up? Great channel!

just did this today, created a timelapse of it
This was absolutely killer!! Thanks Shane!!
What is the damper setting on your Concept 2? Is it max
Woah...this one was nutty
Thanks Shane.
A 2K row at 8 minutes is enough to make me feel like I'm dying.
Done this once before great work out, started 166m faded a bit to 155's
Is this set at a certain level of resistance?
This is now my standard warm-up at the gym. Love it!
Great burner 🔥
Great workout!
Brutal bro
Glad you enjoyed it.
That be v tough !!
Just curious, why are you inhaling as you pull? Wouldn't it be more effective to exhale? Greetings from a puzzled ex-martial artist.

You have sub 1:30 per piece in you. Make another 10’ sprint video and go for sub 1:30 each rep.
