- We couldn't resist going back to Paindane in Inhambane Mozambique, travelling overland in our Land Rover Discovery 3. We take some new routes less traveled and nearly get lost. We explore the area and the towns and are treated by the visiting whales.
See the videos below for our last trip to this region

Another awesome video Alan. Takes me right back there!
👍 thanks Johan , great memories
This is so motivational
Thank you very much. What do you like about it?
Other entertaining video, good to see you are still managing to get out on the road. An adventure is better than a shortcut!
Thanks Mathew yes I look forward to getting out more, I hope to be doing more trip videos than build videos
A really bad day on holiday always beats a good day at work.
😂 that’s about right especially out there in paradise
nice . we did this trip 21 years ago , not 1 road block and no hassle in Maputo , i am sure you are more patient then me I would not quickly do the trip again because of the issues you encountered .
It really wasn’t bad, I’d avoid Maputo unless you really need to go there. You can take the slip road to the N1 before Maputo. If I wasn’t speeding I would not have been stopped. Thinks for watching and commenting
I've just come back from 17 days at Casa de Mar, 6km south. The marine plastic bothered me alot, I've started thinking about collecting and processing that beach plastic in a cost effective local way...
Sounds like an idea thinking 🤔
Loved watching this awsome country but looks so third world and backwards
Thanks a lot for watching, glad you enjoyed it. It is a poor country but but the people are super friendly and welcoming and its like paradise. It is undergoing massive growth at the moment so conditions are improving quickly.
