Yeah. You can. Because the voltage between output remains the same even though the batteries are low while connected to charger. Just make a try

Hello sir. Made my own battery pack same as your presentation. Charged it perfectly for the first time then used it til it becam low battery. But upon charging, it wont charge. Whats the possible reason? I followed the same diagram as yours. Thanks
Check the battery voltage. If output voltage is less then 8.4v then might one cell damage. Then you need the removing all connection and check the 3 cell separately. Which battery cell voltage less than 2.4v you need to replace this battery another good one.. thank you

What's the BMS used for. Can this be done with 3 batteries without the BMS for a 12V hand drill?
Bms is a battery management system. without bms for example: when charging some cell are over voltage and some cell not fully changed. when discharging then some cell are fully discharged and other cell are not fully discharged.

I think you don't notice my 18650 cell capacity. All three 18650 cells are above 3200 mah. That's why the battery pack is 3amp. Thank you dear.

@@idnetbox maximum capacity which is available in the market is 3500 mah. Standby capacity is 1800 mah to 2600 mah..but not the maximum capacity is 2600 mah.

Probably not. These batteries can overcharge without any issue up to 4.2v.. most of them can do up to 4v.

I made a circuit, with (3 Batteries + 10A BMS & XL6009) - working fine. Buit, the battery voltage is dropping automatically even if the input voltage is ON and is 12V. Why the battery voltage should drop ?? Where could be the problem ??

Completed wiring perfectly alright,on BMS,3స్,20A module, values are perfect but at out put getting 7.7 V only. What could be the reason bhai?
Check the individual battery first. If all battery voltage greater than 3.7v then use this battery for making a battery pack.
@@cubityt brother🙏with DMM measured voltages on BMS, 3S, 20A module as 3.83v, 7.3V, 11.36v, by placing DMM black probe at Ov. But the o/p is 7.7V only. I am using 6 batteries total, 2in parallel each(for high current), with 3 pairs to get 12v, to use as Honda Activa battery
Charge each and every batteries individually once all cells charged then use it

I submit that it is very misleading to imply a BMS can replace a proper charger
Using a BMS ti charge Li-ion batteries can DAMAGE the batteries by shortening the discharge time and life of the battery.
It SEEMS to work but you will be slowly DESTROYING it

This is an essential safety feature to prevent overcharging, which can damage the battery, create safety hazards, and reduce the battery's lifespan. The BMS monitors the voltage of the battery cells during charging, and when it detects that the cells have reached their maximum safe voltage level, it will disconnect the charging source to stop the charging process. show just one BMS datasheet that supports your claims - speficially that
-any bms will recognize all cells are fully charged
-the bms will turn off power from the charger
