I'm bisexual, but I've been identifying as a lesbian since I was 11, which sucks because I fear that everyone is going to call me a thot or something if I come out. It's really good to know that you made a mistake and got over it. I now have a little more confidence for myself.

it makes me happy how accepting most people were for you, it kinda confuses me why someone wouldn’t atleast consider it being a thing and just try to understand it, it isn’t that hard of a concept to think of and people need to just accept its a real thing people deal with and there shouldn’t be any further discussion just, accept people for who they are and call them what they feel comfortable with
it's literally as easy as that.... and yet all the transphobia even makes me doubt myself...
It’s really messed up how hate filled people like that one hateful person can be. For me, the transgender community deserves nothing but really good high quality support from people that are there for them no matter what.

Transphobia and hatefilled individuals will not stop me form supporting the community that deserve it most for being kind and empathetic the transgender community.

I know that I am a whole year late to this but... oh well I felt like I needed to say this. My sister has been calling me a lesbian since just right before I figured out I was trans and it always made me SO MUCH MORE uncomfortable than when she called me gay. I was confused up until recently for some reason but I’ve figured it out: plot twist, it’s because I’m a dude who’s into dudes. Wow. Would’ve never guessed past me.
