You’re doing alot of lever play with that 1.5 and not explaining wyd. So someone else watching this not knowing whats goin on is gonna keep everything with an open lever thinking thats what you’re doing when you’re not doin that will give him a completely different result. Ithink anyone makin any video teaching anything should include every detail and slowed down for those who are new and beginning.. jus my opinion
Finally someone made sense and thinks the same. Fellow barbers! Please start using a comb again to cut hair with. It’s way more sanitary and you can comb low and high bulk hair to get a better idea of cutting . Whoever started this cutting with a small brush should’ve never started this non sanitary trend. Also a brush can’t comb out a taper with bulk like a comb
I get confused sometimes when people use the corner of the blade to blend and some use the whole blade to blend can you explain that to me or make a video on it.
As a car detail learning to cut hair. When I detail a car I look at the paint, I know what materials I will need. What I can do to make the paint look fresh. But when u cut a clients hair, What do u look for. If u mess up, can u recover from the mistake? Let's say your client moved, and u cut an entire patch off. Can u recover from that? When u move the lever while looking at his hair, are there details in the hair that tell u if u should have the lever open, closed, 3/4 of the way, halfway or all the way open? If yes, can u demonstrate them and show an example
Great tutorial I like those gaps. Some people think that the big gaps are for beginners but I prefer a the big gapped guide lines. But I only cut my hair. I’m no professional
You could but it depends how zero gapped your trimmer is when you set the line and how zero gapped your clipper is when you wanna remove the line. If your trimmer is a hitter then you’re more than likely gonna have to remove the bald line with the trimmer again or maybe even tap it with the shaver , but if your trimmer is zero gapped but not all the way then it’s MUCH easier to remove it with the clipper with no guard closed
Well I think I do have a zero gapped clipper but one time I went to flick a line out with the half closed and it make the light spots and didn’t help at all
Great video! Very explanatory! You stressed about using your thumb to open and close the clippers, that's what's I struggle with most especially when removing line from skin or 0 to the half. I've watched this video a quite few times just trying to follow your thumb adjustments along with your clipper movement and flicking. You don't happen to have that part in slow motion, or a slower process would you? Awesome cuts! Thank You for your videos! Keep them coming!
Jay always great content that you put out. Just asking, you were fading down with the guards but you faded up without the guards. Any reason on why you are switched? Thanks boss
Great video bro ..how do you get your skin line even because when your new to the game it is hard to get both side even; Do you have any tips for brand new barbers on how to fade because it’s difficult.
Thanks for watching. It’s actually a t outliner. What makes it a T is the blade type. Because your doing the out line of the haircut is What makes it outliner. Babyliss just made there own version. Andis oster and wahl have there own versions as well.
Great dope tutorial video!! I follow your channel. Caucasian hair here. (Some barbers tell me it matters so that is why I am mentioning that) My finished haircut is a medium skin fade with the top being #1 (1/8 comb) or using the 1/16" guard and opening the side lever a quarter of the way from the bottom. I don't let my hair get longer than say a bit over a 1/8 comb before I cut it (say every 5-6 days) I never have to use a #2 comb like you are using for this client. Trying to get good at the fading but having trouble getting rid of the lines to fade it in real nice. I cut my own hair (a lot of the time but not always) using Wahl Magic Clips with the stagger tooth blade and I have a ceramic blade too (but its not stagger tooth.) Any tips you could give me would be Awesome! You are amazing cutting hair, wish you were my barber! Thanks very much!
@@ezbladeshavingproducts Thanks, I appreciate it and will take your advice! Just a quick question, should I stay using the stagger tooth blade or switch to the regular style but ceramic to try and get the best fades?
u don't use hair fiber or sprits youtubers 360jeezy and chris bossio say it makes the hair line and beard line pop more and its water proof and sweetie recisten
Why can't you cut a fade ball perfect without all of these lines you constantly got to take out over an hour cutting someone's lines out of their hair if you do it right in the first place there aren't any lines that's the way I was taught. What has happened to this interestingly
Setting a thick guideline is the crucial part that I learned here🔑I’ve been taught to make it only a fingers width and that has not worked

Could you do a tutorial on clipper over comb? I cannot get it especially when doing low or tight blends and keeping bulk
Definitely!
Can you cut and blend as you go instead of making the line and try to blend it?
Definitely it’s an art. Any way works
Oh my God I watch so many videos and your video is spot on thank you so much awesome awesome work

Please don’t say omg we cannot use his name in vain
Your wahl clipper is zero gapped ??
Can u explain the lever play?
Actually we just drop a new vidoe all about the lever. Look on the channel. I came out Last week
Good cut for real bro. Bad canvas cause you can tell he get his hair cut a lot a lot
Bro i have a question why we just when we make a line we remove it and keep going up
For the skin line can u like just go with no guard and just kinda touch it or will it bump the line up?

Great video bro ..how do you get your skin line even because when your new to the game it is hard to get both side even; Do you have any tips for brand new barbers on how to fade because it’s difficult.
Do half of the head, stop and do the other half and use reference points such as, temple, ears, eyebrows
You meant to say the babyliss gold fx not the t outliner:)
Thanks for watching. It’s actually a t outliner. What makes it a T is the blade type. Because your doing the out line of the haircut is What makes it outliner. Babyliss just made there own version. Andis oster and wahl have there own versions as well.
I’m left handed and the lever is on the right side
I'm right handed and i can use the clipper with both of my hands

What do you mean?
I tried using the gold fx for the skin line, it makes a harsh line thats hard to take out. Tips please
Trying using it upside down
