Chiko was here Everyone has right of their own opinion, but I realy dislike the turn they made. I think the best songs they made were there early ones before they went in this pop direction instead f their old sound. But then again apparently they make more money this time because their audience is bigger disregarding the fact that most people who loved their old sound have left them. I personaly almost never listen to linkin park anymore I try some of their new songs every year or so, but all it does is meake me long for their old songs that werent (imo) pop shit. but it seems to work for them meh.
Zhoekov i agree hybrid theory and meteora i could not fault 1 single song, their new albums im not a huge fan though i do love some of their new stuff, but what i love about LP is that i feel they have always stayed true to themselves us older fans may have kick started them but i feel they have always produced music that they love and dont go with what everyone wants as their sound always seems to be evolving and changing and i respect them for doing what they want and also they did the whole of hybrid theory last year at download festival which was epic so they definitely havent forgot their old fans, but i dont think their new music is complete shit maybe not to my taste all the time but you can hear the effort and emotion they put into alot of their songs.
When Chester ended his life I couldn't listen to LP for over 3 years. With the lockdowns and what not, I've started listening again. Oh, how I've missed this great music.

This song is criminally underrated. Linkin Park means a lot to me. They helped me through the worst of times and their music was always there for me. I was at the record store the day Hybrid Theory dropped. Never got broken up over a celebrity passing before but losing Chester still hurts.

I am 39 years old, and LP was one of the few groups i still listen to that i started listening to in my 20s, I think i took the music for granted, never got around to going to a show, always said next year...i remember when 2pac and biggie died and people were crying at my school, kurt cobain too, and never really got it, now i get it, i was pretty broke up when i heard the news, and i was like that for several days, maybe 2 weeks after. My 7 year old is a huge fan of LP and we have been listening pretty much non stop since we heard the news, I can't even bring myself to tell him what happened to chester, he isn't really old enough to understand..My only hope is that when he is my age he will play LP for his kids, and Chester will live on through his music.

I like so much this band because they report very well, in their songs, a lot of issues: politic (No more sorrow), kinds of relationships (with you, pushing me away, in the end), forgiven (leave out all the rest), reflexion (what I've done, burning in the skies), hope (iridescent, final masquerade), indecision (runaway), angry (Bleed it out, given up), honor (castle of glass). Sometimes, when I listened a song, I told myself: "Wait a minute! This song is to me! They (Linkin Park) are talking to me....they are discribing me! They understand my feelings and my situation!". It was enough. However, they made better with their style and way to sing! Just AMAZING! I apologize for my English speaking, because unfortunately I don't speak very well yet. Chester's music helped me (and a whole generation) process trauma, and come out better on the other side. Trauma he couldn't escape himself. He will always be missed.
I proposed to my girlfriend the day before Chester died. She said yes. A couple days later, I had a dream that Chester was in. I swear to whatever god you believe in, in my dream he told me my future. He said she would break my heart and leave me in the year 2020. She did. It was probably a coincidence, but I still think about that dream at least once a week.

It took round a year after Chesters death, that I can listening to LP without burst into tears. Linkin Parks Music lead me through the dark episodes of depression all the years... and they always will...
Every single song of theirs changed it's meaning once Chester passed away. I wish Chester was alive because I would've loved to listen to more of their new music. Ive listened to every single LP song ever made at least a hundred times now and i find myself going back to Mike's music and fort Minor to get something different. There is not a single LP song that I don't like after all these years.

I think the best songs they made were there early ones before they went in this pop direction instead f their old sound. I am 39 years old, and LP was one of the few groups i still listen to that i started listening to in my 20s, I think i took the music for granted, never got around to going to a show, always said next year...i remember when 2pac and biggie died and people were crying at my school, kurt cobain too, and never really got it, now i get it, i was pretty broke up when i heard the news, and i was like that for several days, maybe 2 weeks after. My 7 year old is a huge fan of LP and we have been listening pretty much non stop since we heard the news, I can't even bring myself to tell him what happened to chester, he isn't really old enough to understand..My only hope is that when he is my age he will play LP for his kids, and Chester will live on through his music.

Sometimes, when I listened a song, I told myself: "Wait a minute! This song is to me! They (Linkin Park) are talking to me....they are discribing me! They understand my feelings and my situation!". It was enough. However, they made better with their style and way to sing! Just AMAZING!

In my opinion the greatest Band ever period.
Chester's music helped me (and a whole generation) process trauma, and come out better on the other side. Trauma he couldn't escape himself. He will always be missed.

I dreamt of Chester shortly after he died. He told me love is all that matters.
I proposed to my girlfriend the day before Chester died. She said yes. A couple days later, I had a dream that Chester was in. I swear to whatever god you believe in, in my dream he told me my future. He said she would break my heart and leave me in the year 2020. She did. It was probably a coincidence, but I still think about that dream at least once a week.
Oh yeah, and to add to the irony, the song Talking to Myself came out that same day. That song perfectly described the relationship I had with that woman.

You know how you have a certain type of music for every mood swing, well Linkin Park fits every single one. Instead of hating on the style difference, enjoy the diversity this band has. Hands down my favourite of all time

It took round a year after Chesters death, that I can listening to LP without burst into tears.
Linkin Parks Music lead me through the dark episodes of depression all the years... and they always will...

Every single song of theirs changed it's meaning once Chester passed away. I wish Chester was alive because I would've loved to listen to more of their new music. Ive listened to every single LP song ever made at least a hundred times now and i find myself going back to Mike's music and fort Minor to get something different. There is not a single LP song that I don't like after all these years.
