'Children of a Worthless God' is my favourite Exodus song, especially the live version at Wacken. Anyway keep on rocking out people of UA-cam! 🔥🤘🙌👍👏👊🎶🔥
This might be one of the most important songs Exodus ever wrote about. Thalidomide that's some scary shit. The babies crying at the end gives me chills every time
This is darker than all death metal gore put together. This is reality, and it is haunting and gut-wrenching. The baby's cry at the end seals this bone-chilling story. Over time Exodus is emerging as my favourite thrash band, as they remain vocal on a lot of modern day issues, and they keep getting sharper.
100%! Exodus got me into Thrash and metal as a whole they're my absolute favorite. This song hit me throughout and then the end sent chills down my spine and just hit me in a way I haven't before when it comes to a song about real world problems. They keep putting out freaking bangers. Exodus deserves to headline big festivals. Exodus at night at a festival like Hellfest or Wacken would be so freaking insane.
With a toddler of my own, it hurt me as well. She was over 10 weeks premature, I couldn't recall the number of shots and drugs the doctors gave my wife. Thankfully, they all did what they were supposed to, and my Angelica is perfectly healthy. This is a grim reminder of how different that story could be, and how easily. There is supposed to be a sacred trust with your doctor, especially in that vulnerable moment, and to know the utter betrayal of that trust, and what it lead to is, as you said, heartbreaking.
The baby crying at the end actually made Me tear up a little, man, bone chillingly scary at the same time... World is pure evil, I swear!!! A song like this just shows how pure evil people can be......
But they did go away. They broke up after the Force of Habit tour, and with the exception of a few shows here and there, never released another studio album for 12 years.
