I learned a lot from this thank you. Something i did that also really helped a lot is, i tapped the window while it was up and once i was done replacing everything and it was time to put those last 2 bolts on the window, i connected the switches before putting the actual panel on, and had it go up to where the window was until it lined up perfectly then just hand tightened those bolts. I then removed the tape and lowered the window to where i could tighten everything with a ratchet. Made it so much easier.
Thank for the video. I have a 2007 500,774 miles on all original motor and transmission. I’ve only replaced the starter and passenger rear bearings and seal . Oh yeah and now the driver side window regulator and motor. I could get the door panel off. My truck had a hidden bolt behind the door handle cover. It was holding me up. I could not figure it out. Your video allowed me to to catch my breath and look at everything again. Thanks for posting!
Thank you sir! I replaced one rear window regulator but the window was functional so it was super easy as you could lower the window to access two bolts needed but the other rear window wouldn't roll down so I couldn't figure out how to get it down. Your video was exactly what I was looking for and will be fixing my other window tonight. Thanks again!
